Despite placing an order and paying a significant sum of Rs 12000 for a wooden elephant five months ago, I have yet to receive the product or a refund. Fraudulent.. fraud.. fraud..I paid 13k for water fountain 3 months back and till tdy not delivered when insisted on WhatsApp they promised to return money, but no money is transferred. I am an advocate will sue these people at any cost. So many cheating by this site and still running business online surprisingly.

This company is fraud as I had ordered my product four months back. But it's still not delivered. I had talked to them over WhatsApp. They make fake promises of delivering the product. All thanks to my senses for opting COD while ordering otherwise my money would have been gone in vain! Never ever buy from this website!

They donot deliver your oder so for getting saved by auch scams pls donot pay and oder customer care sucks. The lady who calls speaka as if she is doing a favour on you. Fraud co.

This is a fraud company. They will show discount on pre-payment and customer will fall prey on this offer. The moment you pay, you will loose your money and the product will never get delivered.

No response from the whats app number given on the website. Do not purchase ANYTHING for this 3rd class, 3rd degree people who bluff common man.

This is a fraudulent company. I ordered Nandi wooden wall decor , it was never delivered. I kept contacting them via WhatsApp they haven’t replied.

They are making money and cheating people. What a shame ! People and companies like this should cease their operations. Police should investigate them for fraud and cheating people and minting money.

Didn’t deliver the wooden Kathakali mask I ordered on 16th June 2023 till today,15th July.
Twice they promised to send it and said due to rains the courier couldn’t go. Then they said they are changing their courier company. But finally nothing was received. Such companies must be banned and their owners put behind bars.
They have the audacity to send a wattsapp message stating Saturday and Sunday are not working days for them.

The artycraftz.com is online shopping website for gifting items which are handmades. The products quality and pricing is good compared to others. Last month I made purchase return gifts for my sister wedding function, I have received good products and now again I place order for torans to my home also. I suggest if you look for good and best pricing items.

And I also one suggestion to artycraftz is, they has to add more items.

artycraftz.in is now they have changed to artycraftz.com. I am B2B marketer in Chennai. Earlier they are slow in processing orders but they are good and changed. Processed almost my orders and only few are in transition.

I am writing this review because of their products quality and pricing.

DON'T buy anything from these people. They have a nice website and promise a lot of things but NOTHING was delivered and they kept sharing different courier tracking numbers, all for different customers. I've waited 3 months for 4 lamps and now they lie about refunding me - one person says it's done but can't share a screenshot and the other person says it's not done because of some error. They're the worst sort of company and I'll be filing a legal case against them if my money is not refunded

We had ordered Glass Antique bell jar lantern from Mumbai & received the package in damage condition which they have genoursly replaced, I still wanted to Pay for at least some charges as the items were very reasonable price & highly fragile wich they didn't charge ,

After ordering they do not give any kind of proper support. After delivering the defective product when we tried to contact them they kept saying they will replace or refund. But nth happens. They just ignore. Kindly do not buy anything and waste your money on them. Its a fraud business

We were supplied a defective raindeer showpiece.We inform them within minutes of receiving.More so they agreed for a replacement after verifying the defect.They even confirmed couriering the replacement.After waiting for some days when we asked them for the courier details they ignored us.
Everything is there on Whatsapp.
Finally no replacement & now they are silent.
