Unreliable

They say 2-3 working days shipment. Had to chase multiple times after not having received any updates on where my order #6251 is after the 3 working days passed.

Finally receive an answer they are out of stock but will send me the products I ordered the next day.

Next day comes and they just cancel the order.

Avoid this unreliable company...

Stuck pixel on screen

Amazing for WFH

I bought my ARZOPA portable monitor as I seen good reviews on TikTok, but couldn’t find any on their website - so I was a bit sceptical. It then got flagged on my bank account as suspicious so I immediately thought oops…..

I received my monitor just 3 days after ordering it by Amazon, even though I ordered from the Arzopa website. And I must say, I can’t fault it. It’s amazing. It comes with 2 cables C to C and USB to HDMI. It even comes with a stand. I’m super happy I bought it ❤️❤️❤️

The monitor was well priced and arrived…

The monitor was well priced and arrived with all ordered accessories in the promised time frame. The packaging was sturdy for international transit and arrived with no damage to the internal boxes. Product and presentation are both high quality and exceeded expectations.

Order 3501 not received

Order didn’t arrive despite it being marked as delivered 7 days ago, and there’s no delivery image for me to locate this lost parcel. I’ve opened 2 tickets to try and speak to someone at Arzopa and I’ve not heard back. I haven’t left a 1 star as I have a bit of faith that this will get resolved and I’ll get my refund, I no longer need a replacement as I bought an alternative. Order 3501

Great help by support

When I ordered I accidentally got some info wrong. Email to support help get the ordered quickly changed before it got ship on within same working day.
Great service and the product I ordered Z1RC 2.5K is as specs and performce perfect.

Bang for the buck

Pros: The brightness and colors are great, as advertised.
The high refresh rate makes the viewing experience enjoyable.
Build quality seems to be good and the accessories too will withstand the test of time.
The display is shockingly light, which is good for a portable display.

Cons:
The major con is the display panel is not good. there is a lot of backlight glow at the corners, which hampers the experience when using this display in the dark.
The display feels very delicate because of how light and thin it is.

My Conclusion: I would keep my display as it offers great value for around 100 USD. I also would like to see better portable monitors from Arzopa with better-quality panels in the future. with features like touchscreen, freesync, auto-rotate, and panels with better blacks.

Swift delivery but lack of communication

You guys did very well when it comes to the delivery turnaround but the order status never changed and the tracking was never provided, I wrote to the support several times but got no reply, so I was unhappy with such communication.

Don’t order unless you want a poor experience

Really unhappy that I ordered based on their shipping timeline of 1-3 business days, which did not happen within this timeframe. I was disappointed to learn that the delay was because their team thought my address was “too long”. I have had no such issue with any other company I have ordered from. I indicated my workplace address because I was travelling overseas and it was a safer delivery destination while I was away. My address being too long is a poor reason. Furthermore, ARZOPA need to review their advertised shipping times because after my experience and reading others’ experiences, ARZOPA are providing false information and misleading customers.

The delivery was also poorly handled by ARZOPA’s chosen courier.

As I indicated in numerous emails to ARZOPA and after my conversation with the delivery person after two failed delivery attempts during the evening, because my delivery address was my workplace, the package was not to be delivered outside of weekday business hours. This was because there would be nobody to receive the package and no access to the building. However, the delivery person decided to deliver it anyway, surprise surprise, on a Sunday. I am unhappy about this.

Fearing that the package would be lost or stolen, I decided to cancel my Sunday plans to go to my office building, but when I arrived, there was no package there.

I called the courier, as suggested by ARZOPA, however, they could not offer any help or support. They suggested I contact ARZOPA because they insisted that it was not their responsibility due to ARZOPA being a third party. I am unhappy about ARZOPA telling me to contact the courier only to be told I needed to contact ARZOPA instead.

Because I could not find the package, I decided to call the security company who manages the corporate park I work at, and they confirmed that my package was left outside another building, far away from the building I indicated in my delivery address. If the security guard did not see the package, it may have been stolen. I am unhappy about this.

I have lost my Sunday trying to locate my package, which should have been handled with care by ARZOPA’s chosen courier.

Overall, while the product is good, the customer experience has been incredibly poor and frustrating.
