Delivery in time! Good quality and really light weight for portability!

Its been 18 days since i placed (and paid) for the order, and i dont even have a working tracking number.
The site offers a tracking feature, that doesnt work either.
I have stopped hoping to get my item by now
EDIT: there were issues with the late delivery, but it got here after all.
Its a very good monitor which amazed me when i connected it to my phone!

I received a broken monitor and they refuse to send shipping label. According to their return policy, a shipping label will be provided for returns.

Great device and so cheap!! Very prompt delivery from the company.

The order process was uncomplicated. Only a few clicks to finish the order.
The delivery itself was very fast what I didn't expect. After two days I got an e-mail that the order left the warehouse and at the same day I hold it in my hands.

I bought from them and received early, it has very high quality but there was a negative point: when i oppened the box there was not a usb-c to usb-a cable for power up the monitor i talked to support but they offered me a 10$ coupon! But i didn't need, because there was not charging cable in their website. Btw I'm satisfied by their portable monitor

They are cheaper than competitors but smack of a scam company thankfully I paid through PayPal so i'm protected, I've send they messages via their website and via the Shop App since my order was placed 4 days ago.

They state 1-3 days shipping but don't reply to customers let alone update order status or maintain any accountability for what's going on, not replying to emails or messages which is absolutely disgusting. I genuinely hope this company goes out of business.

Ordered two monitors and after two weeks of waiting, multiple emails and your assurance they'll be shipped soon, I finally got a refund.

I order it around two weeks and i havent receive it. whatever I try to call them or contact them they will not be response. just some times they reply me with the chat platform. I stongly believe they are scamming people. please dont dont dont buy anything from this damn website.

I purchased 2 of the A1 15.6" monitors. All, or almost all, of the advertising images of the monitors "in use" are photoshopped. Some of those images falsely advertise how it can be used. I can not use the monitors as intended. Image quality is acceptable but not great. The warranty is only 30 days before it is "prorated." Communication is a major obstacle with this seller. They sent USPS tracking information, but the items shipped UPS. Some communication in in a combination of English and Asian characters, I assume Chinese, making it difficult to decipher. There is no telephone number, and the "live chat" isn't live. I am having no luck getting an RMA. The product is 3 or 4 stars, but the customer service is 1 star, thus the 2 star rating.
