I was originally unable to receive one-time sms alert from the exchange, at which point I panicked, but after doing a bit of review I found the team somehow had a relationship with Microsoft, else why would Microsoft be the sender of previous OTP being used to sign into my account.

After, a few weeks I am now able to gain back access to my account after several months, and wallet is intact. My best bet is, the platform was undergoing maintenance.

My advise to the team is; duly notify users of any upgrade/maintenance carried out on the platform, so as not to come off as a SCAM EXCHANGE, should a user be unable to access a familiar feature given this upgrade, in the future.

This is a bad exchange site. I put in $XXX of crypto for staking and hoping to earn for sign up bonus and staking. After about 4 weeks, I ended up with a lot less cryptos than I have before joining up this scam exchange.
Their staking program had low ROI and there are fees for instantly withdrawing your cryptos from their staking program, otherwise you will have to leave your cryptos in the wallet, and earn nothing for 7 days. I did not received their promo bonus, but instead I do not know how I was charged for early redemption fees of 0.5%, which I could not have earned from staking with them and from their fake promo.
This is why in the end, I ended up paying fees to them but did not receiving anything from this website, as they have offered. I am unhappy for joining up with this scam exchange site.
But spot trading is not bad.

** READ THIS IF YOU NEED HELP LOGGING IN AFTER LOSING YOUR PHONE/CHANGING NUMBER**

Okay so I bought a new phone and changed my phone number then was unable to recieve SMS code to log in as I no longer had access to my phone number. After reading all these bad reviews about Ascendex I panicked and thought I'd never be able to access my funds again. That wasn't the case at all, they replied to me within 12 hours, and within 3 working days they removed my old phone number from my account so I was able to login.

If you find yourself in the same situation as me, follow these steps.

1. Go to the Ascendex website, find the Telegram community tab and then download Telegram.

2. On Telegram you will find a pinned post which will give a link to Zendesk, this is where you can file a ticket to Ascendex. There are moderaters who can help on Telegram but BEWARE OF SCAMMERS pretending to help you. Nobody should message you first.

3. You need to write on a piece of paper your latest deposits, withdrawals, the dates, and what crpyto you hold on Ascendex. Then take a video of yourself showing this piece of paper along with your photo ID (passport, driver lisence etc).

4. Once you do this and send it off they will get back to you very quickly. Just make sure all the information is accurate.

With regards to using Ascendex I haven't had any issues. I've been able to easily deposit and withdraw money so I cant understand all the negative reviews.

I can't believe a company will actually take everyone stuff and abscond with it, you can coup your savings if u believe in the process.. check my title and reach out for details.

Avoid This SCAM PLATFORM
You will lose your money.
The Market price is Huge and when you want to SELL they give you the lowest price.
If you put limit order you must wait for ages.

Horrendous experience with this ASCENDEX. Blocked my account after i tried to withdraw all the funds inside. EVEN DEMANDED to ASK FOR TAX PAYMENT ????? in order to unlock the account????

OMG....they accept Deposit fast....but Withdrawal.... doesn't work! and no response from Customer service! When I need to make coin purchases urgently.

Withdrawal did go through. Shall test the exchange further.

Worse customer service. And that's saying something in crypto space. I'm stuck with them as there's a token I needed listed only on their exchange.

This place is a mock they won't sell my stuff all the time it's annoying can't be dealing with this site they don't real in customer support, impossible to scalp or day trade, fees are high $20 USD to send to another wallet even if you have 40

If I could have given zero stars I would have. I have been trying to contact these monkeys for over 4 days regarding a large amount of ETH that hasn’t shown in my wallet after transfer. I also sent ETH to Binance which arrived in minutes (as it always does). I have sent multiple emails and attempted to speak to customer service on 50+ occasions yet their bot is quite simply as much help as a slap in the face and you cannot connect to anyone. DO NOT USE THIS EXCHANGE THEY ARE CRIMINALS. I have moved all of my holdings that are listed on binance across yet I still cannot remove my ZIL as there is some sort of an issue and I have in excess of $25k and the ETH that hasn’t shown stuck within the system. WHAT CAN I DO??

Can’t login because I never receive the SMS code. The client support doesn’t answer. Funds are lost. So, I can say this platform is a scam since I am not the only one to face this issue.

Have a sizeable about of funds stuck on Ascendix. Customer service is woeful, on 3+ months of waiting and full of empty promises, barely any contact by them.

Safe to assume the site has taken my funds.

Avoid at all costs and use a credible exchange.

Everything was going fine, even if the windrawal was slow! But now, i just try to login, and they added an another condition to authenticate that i dint set up. So now i have sms, email and google authentificator, to pass after my password is completely pass correctly. The problem is that i never receive their sms on the first place, ( i never set it up on the first place) They ask me to restart my phone, it serve nothing to do so, i try it too! i try to connect with phone, did the password loss, etc, they waiste my time. Cant wait to get my money out of there ASAP!

Garbage site....Just trying to Login is a drama. I have to click up to 10 times before I finally get a Phone pin to enter....and then it tells me it was wrong.
Way too complicated messy site. Forget using it!!!

After sending money to this site, I have been waiting for more than 24 hours and I could not withdraw my money! It's really funny my money is locked on this site and no support is responding.

Terrible. Over 24 hours and unable to withdraw my tokens. Customer service is a complete joke. Keep saying you need to wait 24h from setting 2FA. Even if it is over 24h. Waste time and money. Avoid as a plage!

I placed funds in my account using their partener Banxa. Only 75% of the funds appeared. Neither ascendex or banxa were interested in telling me why so they have basically outright stolen my money as i have a statement showing what should have been transferred.
Use this exchange at your own risk.

Worst exchange ever, constantly doing something sneaky. Every big price move it either lags or stops the ability to short/long. Price is aggressively climbing while you are short? No problem you can't long until you get to liquidation. Is price dumping and you are long? So now u can't short. Do you try to ask for help or write a ticket? You get told you are making up your problems and your messages asking for help will get deleted and you will get banned. The worst exchange in the world, constantly being sneaky and trying to liquidate your account. If you don't want to lose money without your fault then just evade this exchange.I Won't be surprised if they just take your money just like that.

Just for the reason that they provide the ability to withdraw directly into Matic with low fees. as the only one in the industry deserves a 5 star and love for ever. Because i payed 800$ eth gas fees before i found and almost lost my life to suicde because of it. Thank god i found out about this heaven building platform.
