Con artists. You order a vacuum bag that has a pump and some generic cheap rucksack arrives.

One star is too many!

Ordered the compression back pack & paid 75 USD, but received a completely different cheap variant without the compression compartment or ability to fully open flat as demonstrated in the marketing video.

Contacted customer service who stated that the warehouse claims they sent the correct item despite me providing screenshots of the proof of order. They offered a miserly 8 USD refund which I have rejected, insisting on either a full refund or sending the correct item.

Even paid for VIP delivery and still waited over 6 weeks.

The tracking was also unreliable. Their website states that they have warehouses all round the world so items will be shipped from the closest location to the buyer, minimising delivery time. This bag appeared to start in Hawaii, nowhere near the UK!!

Looking at reviews it appears that the vast majority of negative ones relate to the same item.

Avoid, avoid, avoid!

The product supplied was a knock off of the original.

SCAM I too ordered a vacuum pack back pack with locks and a vacuum pack with motor. That is not what i received... i have sent them pictures of what they advertise and what i recieved. They insist that the warehouse said they sent the right backpack, but its cleary, as the pictures show not the right one...

I ordered the vacuum-sealed bag and paid and after about three weeks, I’ve got a cheap backpack with USB cable which is not what I ordered. I’ve ordered two but they only shipped one out to me. I’ve written to their "support” for refund but to be honest, I don’t think the refund would happen.

I ordered a vacuum back pack and they have sent me completely the wrong bag. I have sent an email to customer support - we will see what joy I get from them. I will write another review and report on their response.

I bought 4 Amber aud, I received just a coloured water.

Of course, the "customer service" is just an email and they sent canned responses with no help whatsoever. So, basically this was a scam.

I ordered the vacuum seal backpack and they sent me a completely different bag. They are advertising completely different products. I don't know if they hire people without brain cells to work for this company but they clearly didn't get it right. Stop advertising false products you scammers. BTW, I have already been in contact with your company and you all tried to bribe me to keep the bag you sent, not the one I ordered. You guys tried to bribe me with a return of $4, $6, $8, $10, final offer $12. I got my money back through submitting fraud so yeah, SCREW YOU!

There was a video showing a cat playing with a toy bird that flaps its wings. I clicked on the link, bought it for twenty pounds and it arrived about a week later. Looked like the bird in the video but didn't flap it's wings, just chirped if the cats moved it. False representation and a waste of money. Other people said the same thing

Ordered their magnetic lashes over a month ago. Parcel never arrived in spite of their numerous "updates" on the parcel's whereabouts. When I finally reached out they said there is "a problem with my parcel" without specifying what and that I had to contact the post office (which one?where? ). They never got back to me when I asked for a refund. Also, the exact same lashes are on Amazon for a quarter of the price!

This is a horrible experience. I ordered 3 t-shirts. Never received any order confirmation. It said it was a US manufacturer. NOT! I had a currency conversion on my CC, and it’s in Sweden. So far it’s been 17 days. Still don’t have anything. Tracking says it’s at US customs. Don’t know where. No matter how economical their products - 3 weeks to get a tshirt is stupid.

ascribei uk is a scam they tried to take 1800 euro from my account thankfully my bank red flagged it I didnt buy anything from them I just clicked a link to look at the product my biggest transactions are never over 50euro

The seller sent me an email with a fake tracking number. They claim that the parcel is moving, but when I put the tracking number in 17track or other reliable tracking sites the tracking number doesn’t exist. This seller has used the same practice of giving fake tracking information in the past. I found negative reviews in the trustpilot.
Also, they charged me $6.38 dollars more than the initial price. The final price was $26.58 and I paid $32.96. Why is that? I have opened a dispute with PayPal, I will come back with updates on the issue. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM SCAM!

These people have false advertising as well as hidden fees and only robot response.
They advertised that their watch measures glucose levels like the latest watches, but once purchased, they ship you a model that does not do that.
They also advertised free return within 30 days, but they refuse to accept a return, instead offer $4.00 rebate on a $54.00 purchase.
Also they advertised the watch at $39.00, but at checkout they added another $14.00 that shows up after checkout.
Their "customer service" is a chatbot that repeats the same response over and over, and tell you to wait for a human, and cut you off after 2 hours, then 2 days later you need to start over.

I wish you could give this company less than one star. I ordered some bras which looked very pretty and comfortable. I ordered two and they sent me three (one free). Their sizing guide is really a joke. I wanted to send them back and I wasn’t sure if I would need a QR code or something so I emailed them. I got garbled replies from them. They told me that the return postage would be very expensive and they would like to offer me £5 compensation and I could keep the goods. Didn’t they understand I didn’t want their goods!!! I emailed them and said return postage shouldn’t be very expensive as the return address was clearly shown on the label on the packaging. It was in Southall and with a UK postcode. I’m now going to try and get help from Trading Standards as this feels like a scam.

Poor quality cross body bag. Zip already broken. Delivery time is weeks with no proper tracking information. Do not use this company.

I ordered in december of 2023 . Now its 2024 mid april. Stil havent got the item .
Messages goes front but nothing meaningful.
Its a scam . Dont buy anything from this page !!! I wanted a refund and they told me to be patient and wait.. it has been 5 MONTHS ..
Dont buy from this page . Instead throw your money out the window.
