Theft

Theft, bulgary but I should have com here before.... that's the mail I received informing me that the goods were snt back but not to them.... a joke as I read thus is often used as excuse not to deliver : 'If you still want the product, we can resend your order,
but this time we need to charge some money for our loss of the product and the first shipping fee.
Will that be acceptable? '
Of course I do not agree and ket them know ckearly that' called at the least 'bad runned business if they do not have insurance' or simply theft, that's my opinion.

So frustrating

I am writing to express my utmost frustration and dissatisfaction with the situation regarding my returned parcel. My colleagues and I are always present at our office, and there is absolutely no reason why the parcel should have been returned by the local post office. This situation is completely unacceptable and has caused me significant stress and inconvenience.

To make matters worse, I am now being asked to bear the cost of your mistake, either by paying additional fees for reshipping the item or by accepting a partial refund. This is unfair and unjust. As a paying customer, I should not be penalized for issues caused by your shipping process or courier service.

I demand a full refund immediately, without any deductions for shipping fees or product loss. I trusted your company to deliver my order, and it is your responsibility to resolve this issue in a manner that does not further inconvenience me.

Failure to resolve this matter to my satisfaction will leave me with no choice but to escalate my complaint to consumer protection agencies and share my experience publicly to warn others about this poor service.

I expect your prompt response and resolution to this matter.

I was dubious but everything arrived

I was very dubious about the site but they had those lovely vintage Christmas lights and I couldn't resist. The delivery took a bit of time but they arrived and are really lovely. Received a tracking number and regular update. I'm very happy with the product.
