Asetek Racing Reviews

Everything that brought me to this company you guys abandoned. I will never purchase another thing from asetek nor support people wanting to buy your product. You sold out. That means you do not care.

Received all packages and extremely fast too. Summer sale made the bundle such a big bargain, the items received we the la prima base, pedals, and formula wheel. All excellented quality especially being considered more entry level tier compared to my logitech rs50, and was looking at simagic and moza. Wheelbase works flawless and very smooth, got the upgrade kit after and tried it, made the base even better, the sensations is amazing. Pedals are great, looking to upgrade to hydraulic and forte accel with stiffer spring. Software is very easy and convenient to use, good customization, nice touch to have a beep when on optimal shift points. Over i highly recommend, will be getting another bundle later into the future for another rig build, price at the time for summer sale made it even harder to beat.

Great service from Asetek as always. They took the time to write a firmware file for my pedals and I have not had a problem since.

After the warranty had expired and free of charge.

Never regreded buying Asetek.

Got the monitor mount for tubular frames. I thought it would attach on to a non Asetek tubular frame via bolts/clamp, but only works with specific frame. I believe this can be displayed more prominently, maybe label it as “restrictions” rather than “works with”. One might think this just shows what other products within the site it’s compatible with. The poor experience was on the returns. I found the returns page which tells you to email support, which the email response was to follow the returns page again. Not great. Also instead of a flat fee for returns, you need to pay for it, and that’s ~$20 for a $49 item for CA to TX. Not the best deal

I recently added the clutch upgrade from La Prima to Invicta. The modular ecosystem of Asetek is amazing. I have upgraded the clutch pedal, throttle pedal, throttle foot rest, the second clutches on the steering wheel, and all three sets of paddles on the La Prima wheel to carbon fiber, and the color knob option. I think I’ll leave the brakes as is. The last upgrade I’ll do I think is the power upgrade, although the power is plenty now, but the added head room may be an advantage.

I bought the La prima wheelbase booster and it really transformed the way the wheelbase feels. I wasn’t expecting a huge transformation, but I am able to catch slides and feel understeer way easier now. Shipping came quickly enough and well packaged with everything I needed. Great upgrade!

I love the products the only thing that I think can be updated at this moment are the table clamp because mine broke on the first week, other than that I love my Forte base and steering wheel!

Great price. Good product! Fast delivery!
I am glad that I swapped to Asetek all the way!

Great customer service, I've owned forte wheel and base since '23 had some hardware/software issues they shipped and returned the product within a few weeks from Canada to Denmark and back. Also took care of my shift leaver shipped a new one out without question.

You have already my thoughts about Asetek support concerning "SimRace"

Excellent communication and very fast shipping! The repair was completed as soon as it arrived at the Asetek facility.

Quality product

Everything was perfect! The entire process was smooth, and everything worked exactly as expected. I am very satisfied with the results and would highly recommend it.

Product was amazing quality, works as intended. Delivery was fast and reliable. Will be upgrading soon.

Great pedals, Really made it easier to trail brake. Easy setup and fast shipping.

I asked a dumb question because I didn't browse the website enough, but they still gave a direct answer that helped me. 5/5 service, but at the cost of my ego

Asetek continues to impress. Your show staff was the best and that coupled with the ecosystem prompted the decision to go all in adding the Forte wheel and base to my Invicta S pedals. Very happy with the product and the drive. This was the upgrade I was looking for out of the box with the defaults and little tweaking, just works. It is exceptionally precise and doesn't overwhelm with unneeded force to get resolution.

Good support when problems appeared
super good quality of the products

Product availability, price and quick shipping.

I ordered 2 sets of paddle modules and 1 box was missing. I E-mailed them and they're sending me the missing item. Good service and quick reply.
