South Korea and Japan - two different experiences
The service from and to Incheon airport in South Korea was very professional. Pick up at Narita airport in Japan also. The cars are clean and very recent. Our trip back to the Narita airport, however, was painful. The driver, Miyazaki, was 5 min late, which is absolutely not a big deal, but she was super cold and left the hotel rushing as if she wanted to make up for the time. This is not fun when you are sitting at the back of the car... Then her driving style was basically “accelerate and break” all the way to the airport, that is for one hour even on the highway. This made us totally car sick. We could not wait to get out of the car. Asia Car Service is a service I would totally recommend and use again, except for this one driver who I would not want to ride with again. Asia Car’s customer service is easy to reach at any time of the day and flexible to accommodate schedule changes.

Everything went smoothly. The driver was excellent. The car was very comfortable and it may crossing the border smooth. Be sure to fill out your China arrival card before you leave to cross the border.

On the road from Seoul to Geoje

Excellent Customer Service
I apologise for the length of this review but Asia Car Service need to be congratulated on their Customer Service. Our transfer from Osaka to Kobe to get a cruise ship went every smoothly. I didn't know until on the cruise ship that I had left my mobile phone in the van. The Customer Service on the Azamara Pursuit contacted the Hilton Hotel in Osaka to see if it had been found. The Hilton Hotel in turn contacted Asia Car Service. Asia Car Service were very helpful and organised to have my phone delivered free of charge to the Hyatt Regency in Tokyo where we were staying after our cruise . The phone was there when we arrived.
Asia Car Service continued communicating with us until we had received the phone. Their service was very much appreciated.
