Sneaky snakes…
Ask-crew sneaked into the Best Buy website seeming to be part of the company. Only $1 to have my question answered sounded ok, but immediately my credit card was charged $38 for monthly Membership fee??!! Credit card company sent fraud alert otherwise I thought I’d paid $1. I cancelled the whole thing so hope their tentacles are out of my business. They are a scam. Sneak and pounce is their policy!! Avoid!!

Stable router fix
My router kept dropping the signal and it was frustrating to work or watch anything. The expert helped me go through the settings, explained how interference works, and showed how to separate network bands for better stability. Now the Wi Fi is strong in every room and I know how to manage it myself.
