Decent quality T-shirts. However, the Cashmere Sweater is of very poor quality: harsher than any cotton/wool sweaters I've ever had. Significantly worse quality than cheaper brands such as Gobi Cash... See more

Great product but beware of courier partner / payment merchant
Asket is a great company. Great ethos. The clothing is of good quality and the sizing is excellent. Also can’t fault the customer service. Would recommend against ordering though if you’re in the uk at present. Unfortunately asket are using Evri - The new Hermes to deliver parcels in the uk. A company renown for poor service.
At present evri can’t keep up with demand. After spending several hundred pounds with asket. Evri have then had my parcel for over a week. The tracking data my end shows it still waiting to be delivered. Asket however say evri have returned it to their warehouse.
Hopefully asket change delivery partners but until then don’t order it in the uk! Unless you want your parcel to not be delivered or to go missing.
Edit: also be aware with refunds. Asket use klarna. Another cog in the logistics chain who can’t keep up with demand. Asket refunded my money on the 4th august. Still waiting for it back from klarna who you have to discuss it directly with fue to GDPR. Of course you can’t get hold of Klarna! Luckily I paid with Amex. But still waiting for hundreds of pounds back!

Outstanding quality products and customer service. I applaud the efforts they’re making to limit their environmental impact. Pricey, yes, but I’d prefer to have one Asket shirt over three “fast fashion” shirts.
So far so good
So far, good experience.
Bought tshirts that were too small, returned them, and got a quick replacement. Good service by email.
It is nice that they manufacture in Portugal. That’s one of the reasons why I bought there.
So far tshirts didn’t shrink at 30 deg washing. And they feel kind of good quality
Not a great experience at all
Not a great experience at all ! Wouldn't Recommend it to anyone.
The fit of their t shirts is at least one size down. I wear Large in Levis T shirts and XL on every other brand and fit ( Slim ). I did their sizing chart and it recommended me to get the XL. I did and this shirt was very slim fit even though In the website it said regular fit. Not only that they don't even admit that it's slim fit or smaller fit than normal. The delivery experience was very bad as well. I've wasted now 10 days to recieve my shirts and now another 10 days at least for the return to go back to Germany !! ( BTW expecting it ship from Sweden since I am in Finland also one of the main reasons I ordered ). And they won't even refund me until the garments have gone back even though it's their fault .

Quality Good, Fit too Loose for me
Quality of t-shirts is very good. Knitwear quality is good but in my opinion somewhat below Jon Smedley, which I usually buy (but - to be fair - are double the price). My issue with Asket is that the fit is somewhat too loose for me.... but that is a question of preference. One piece I really did not like is their raincoat, which has an A-fit and on me (slim) feels somewhat tent-like.
Top quality and a great service
Top quality and a great service. Delivery a couple of days to The Netherlands, fair enough. I have 3 t-shirts, one belt and one sweatshirt now and it's the best I ever wore. It stays in great condition after washing. I am planning to buy more to upgrade my wardrobe.
Greenwashing company, must avoid!
My girlfriend bought a knit jumper for me as a gift but I had to return it due to poor quality and very expensive - the zipper feels very cheap. Don’t believe the environmental credentials from this company, it is not as transparent as they claim! The retail price of a jumper of similar quality is half of what they claim on the website, so it is false advertising and misleading! They never disclosed how they calculate the retail price, so be advised. Definitely a greenwashing company!

Poor quality jumpers and very…
Poor quality jumpers and very inconsistent sizing.
For a company that’s brand is about building a capsule wardrobe of quality basics that will last - a set of values I’m fully behind and trying to live by - the fact that the sizing of the same items can vary significantly and that the quality of the items is inferior to similar prized items as from brands like Reiss, their product does not live up to their promise.
When I’ve contact customer service they suggested I send a £70 item back for “recycling” and £6 off my next order.

AVOID, poor quality jeans
I've owned a pair of ASKET denim jeans for 1 year and they're already coming apart between the legs along the seam. Contacted ASKET who offered me a £10 store credit.
Not the quality I expect from a retailer who claim their garments are an "investment" that will "age".

Amazing company
Amazing company. Do the best fits out there, with great quality, and at a fair price point. Loved their t-shirts, I went on a bit of a quest to find the best fit and their lightweight tee tops similar offerings from APC, Sunspel etc. It's got a slight taper which other brands don't offer, I have no idea why as not many people are shaped like a rectangle! I wish they'd offer their standard weight tee with a tapered fit too rather than straight cut, so that's some useful feedback for them. Other bonuses - the measurements are accurate, they accommodate short/average height people (other brands are awful at this, cutting 'one length fits all' and obviously going long to ensure taller people get a viable fit). I'm average height and found it difficult finding a brand that does tees that hit just above mid-fly. The difference a good cut makes to your overall appearance cannot be overstated, stop making do and just get it right with Asket!
Also own their jeans - another absolute banger. Slim and regular cuts at every size, with 1 inch increments on the waist and different lengths to choose from, means you can size for your height, weight and your particular build. Quality again is incredible. Their fit also has a proper mid rise, which suits most people better than low rise (or the low rise advertised as mid-rise that similar brands do!). Fits better than APC's holy grail cut (PNS) purely because of the bigger rise and extra room up top. This also means you can actually size for your waist instead of having jeans that fit your butt/crotch but then stick out an inch or two at the waistline (so people size down and then blow the crotch - what a surprise). Forget awful skinny fashion jeans or regular cut dad jeans, we all know everyone just wants nice tapered slim cuts that flatter.
Also bought their chinos, phenomenal again. Nice light weight, but good quality and the touch of satin is perfection - looks and feels luxurious but without feeling delicate.
Service is also great, long shipping times due to their business model but they have a generous window for returns. Returns are free and easy, and they do an exchange programme for old clothes to get money off new ones. Brilliant if you put on/lose weight.
All in all, I love this grown-up brand and look forward to the range expanding. The focus on having just a few perfect fits that work for everyone makes shopping a breeze. They're also very consistent so once you've got your size figured out it's easy to buy other stuff.
Feedback: Please add some striped tees to your collection, more warm colours in tees/sweaters, and more coats! A check mac, and some more wool coat colours.
disappointed
I ordered two M long t-shirts and one was too long and box-like and the other too short and box-like. One of the M long shirts was 69 cm long, so 3 cm shorter than mentioned on the site. I sent them back and changed the size to S long. They are better in shape, but I find that one is slightly smaller (1-1,5 cm) than the other, which I am completely happy with. I just don’t have a good taste for this inconsistency because I expected a lot from these T-shirts.
Asket aims to please.
Asket t-shirts are amongst of the best I’ve ever worn; and I have many of them. Both regular and lightweight, their Egyptian cotton is buttery soft, and they offer plenty of sizing options.
Customer service is amongst the best I’ve ever dealt with. They are fast to reply, cordial and helpful.
I highly recommend trying them out.
My experience with Asket has been… mainly good with a few let downs
My experience with Asket has been mainly good, however, there are a few things I was disappointed by whilst making my first order with them.
I ordered "The T shirt" in the small/short size.
I'll start by saying the packaging was great, I was very impressed by the parcel and contents of what I received in the mail.
The T shirt itself is, for the most part, very good. The length is perfect and exactly what I was hoping from in the short size.
I'd say the mid section is slightly boxier/roomier than I'd have liked, but it doesn't claim to be a slim t shirt so I'm still happy with the fit.
The material and construction of the garment is among the best I've tried!
I washed the T shirt at 30 degrees and it hasn't shrunk or changed shape at all.
The problem I have with the t-shirt is the size of the collar/neck-hole. It's too big. It's not too big that I have returned it, but I'd say it's right on the cusp of what I would have accepted - any larger and I would have certainly thought it was defective.
I'd say the upper chest section is about half a size too small. It runs tighter through the chest than any other small t shirt I own. This could be because it's the small/short as opposed to a regular small. Not a major issue as it still fits, if a little tight.
The postage time was a little longer than I had anticipated. I'm in the UK and they are based in Europe and while I recognise it's not as quick as domestic shipping, at £10 for postage, I was expecting a speedy delivery.
All in all a good experience, if the neck on the t-shirt was properly sized I would likely have ordered from them again, but will try other similar brands with extended sizing options before returning to Asket.

Epitomizing the buy less buy better lifestyle!
Asket epitomizes the 'buy less, buy better' approach and they're really living up to it. Ordered pants & shorts ... happy to follow Asket's lead on really just buying what I absolutely need. Limited, classy collection, good quality. Please stay true to this credo and resist the temptation to steadily grow your collection.
