I ordered a custom Harry Potter gift…

I ordered a custom Harry Potter gift set for my mother for Christmas back at the end of November. It's now almost the end of March 2020 and I STILL haven't received my order. I've emailed them about 7 or 8 times and I have not gotten one response back to any of them. I just got off the phone with my bank asking if they can help me get a refund. So upset!!

Unicorn Backpack Never Turned Up

I ordered my daughter a personalised unicorn backpack in October 2019 that never turned up. I have tried contacting them via email but have not received a response. Lesson learned, when it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Will not use this company again and certainly will not be recommending to anyone else.

Avoid!!

Same as below ordered my daughter a personalised unicorn back pack beginning of October and it never arrived!! it is now February and I’ve had no communication from the company and can’t seem to find any contact details for the company either.

AVOID AVOID AVOID

This company is appalling. My mum ordered my daughter the unicorn back pack at the beginning of October 2019, for Christmas.
I emailed them at the beginning of November when I saw the post that the first batch had been sent for delivery, I then sent another email in December to which they seem to have sent a generic ‘we having printing problems’ email. Both my emails were not replied too. & it’s now February 2020 and I haven’t received anything. The website is literally a home page still saying that orders will be sent but they are closed.
I will most definatly be avoiding these kinda things next year - especially AskSanta.

Disgraceful service no goods😡

Ordered the personalised unicorn backpack in October 2019 emailed them middle of December to receive am email back saying I will get it for Christmas there is a problem but will be in time for Christmas. Sent 3 emails thereafter. Still no backpack by 20th January 2020. Avoid at all cost.

Unicorn Personalised Backpack

I only gave 1 star as I did get the letters through for my son and daughter from Santa which i ordered in November 2019 BUT I also ordered the personalised unicorn backpack for my daughter at the beginning of October 2019 and as of today, 20th January 2020, still no backpack!! I had an email from them at the beginning of December 2019 stating there had been a problem with the quality of the embroided name, but don't worry your order will still arrive in time for Xmas 2019 ....... It didn't. I have sent 3 emails in total to them but not received one reply. The website has gone to a platform page saying that it is now closed for the year! They do have an asterix clause on the page saying that they had problems with dispatching and that any item purchased would still be delivered!!! I'm certainly not holding my breathe! No telephone number listed anywhere so no other contact can be made. This company should be AVOIDED by everyone next Christmas for sure. Very upset as this was supposed to be a Christmas present for my daughter.

Would give one star if I could

Would give one star if I could. Fell for the Harry Potter scam and now the website is closed. I reply to emails and the confirmation and tracking page is now also now working. Hopefully my bank can do something but not holding my breath. AVOID when it comes back next year.

DO NOT USE

DO NOT USE. Placed an order on the 5th October, still not received it on the 10th Jan even though was told would get it before Christmas. They don't respond to emails so having to raise a dispute with my bank.
