SCAM!!! Item purchased in October. Never arrived. I’ve sent literally like 100 emails and they have ignored all.
There is a post on a Facebook page about people ordering and there are tons of people saying the same. AVOID.

Ordered a backpack on 4th October and not received, was quoted 10 to 15 days for delivery and it's now over 2 months later and I've got nothing.

Very happy with the gift, took the full time to arrive but it arrived.
Very happy at the gift, I was very doubtful that anything would arrive after reading all of the comments but I am pleasantly surprised..

It does arrive eventually, it’s ok I wouldn’t say worth the full price, communication is appalling, but item does arrive you just gotta hang in there

I ordered an ultimate package for my daughter at the 29th of October and... it's the 11th of DECEMBER and still have nothing! I've messaged 8 times this whole month and no reply. It was sent out during November and it said it would take 3 to 5 days... I'm severely upset as it was for my daughter and her christmas eve box! I asked for a refund the other day but I bet you I won't even get a reply.

Been waiting for a personalised bag since 7th October. Had no update and no response to emails and it's now 11th December! My friend has fine the same and hasnt received Avoid!!!!!

Appalling!

Ordered on 17/11 still nothing, have emailed twice and had no response, no communication to say my order has been dispatched or to give me a delivery estimate!
Avoid this company like the plague!

Take your money and don’t send goods, ignore all emails and won’t refund. Christmas con-artists

I placed my order in October, I am still waiting. It said on my message that my order was on it’s way and takes 3-5 working days, this was back in November. I now have to find somewhere else to get my granddaughter a letter from Santa. 🤬
Not had a reply to the 5 emails I sent. I have never been so disappointed in anyone this badly before. They took my money fast enough though.🤬

Unfortunately I am not able to give a minus star rating for things but if I could it would be for this company.🤬

ZERO stars... AVOID SCAM i have not received an item you have taken payment for. Order 8113. I ordered on 09/10/2019 and was advised this would take 10-15 days. I asked on 01/12/2019 where this item is and they have not replied. it is now the 09.12.19 so I am left with no option but to request my money back immediately or i will legally take this further. I will also be leaving review on trust pilot and other social media outlets as i believe this is a scam.

Ordered a unicorn backpack on 15th October and still haven’t received this. Sent email but no reply. Shouldn’t be allowed to advertise and take people’s money. All I have read are negative reviews and still nothing is done about this.

AVOID at all costs order 3 free unicorn backpacks for Xmas pressies on 15/10/2019 states 10-15days for delivery still nothing has arrived I have sent numerous emails and not one reply awful

I got the deluxe and the ultimate pack. The ultimate pack is definitely better and I would say worth more than what i paid. So happy I got them after reading these reviews I was worried. The deluxe pack was a freebie order so I knew i'd have to wait.

Avoid the company at all costs. Ordered a deluxe package in October and still not received my goods despite the 10-15 days stated on their website. I had an email on 19th November stating my item had been despatched and will take 3-5 days to arrive however this has still not been delivered. Multiple emails sent and no replies.

Would rate 0 if I could. Ordered a personalised unicorn bag back in October. Should take upto 15 days delivery. Still not received. 2 emails sent and not one reply. Avoid!! Would contact my bank but for £5.95 it seems a waste of time. Lesson learnt to read reviews before I purchase in future

Ordered 3 of their deluxe packages, 2 of which arrived today, no sign of number 3. Really disappointing, the website is pretty misleading and what came is nowhere near what was on the picture. I could have assembled a better box for a fraction of the price, I'd be embarrassed to give this to my kids.
