My wife's medical bills are still waiting while ASL FX sits on my money

I put a good chunk of my savings into what I thought was a legitimate forex broker called ASL FX through their website. I am a long-haul truck driver and I am on the road for weeks at a time. My wife had some unexpected medical procedures come up and I needed to pull that money out fast to cover the bills. That was almost a month ago and I still cannot access my funds.

I have called their support line more times than I can count. I have sent emails to support. I have tried everything. Every single time I get the same runaround. Someone will look into it. Someone will call me back. Nobody ever does. I am not some day trader chasing quick profits. I am a working guy trying to keep his family afloat and I cannot even get a straight answer about where my money is.

Then I started digging and found out that ASL FX is actually listed on an investor alert from IOSCO and the Australian Securities and Investments Commission. They are categorized as an unregistered or unlicensed entity offering financial products. I also came across reviews from other clients who reported the exact same problems I am having, difficulties withdrawing funds and customer support that never responds. One review site even flagged them for having no clear regulatory oversight and warned that client funds may not be protected. I had no idea when I signed up. The site looked professional enough and they made all these promises about trading standards. Turns out none of that was real.

After exhausting every option with their team, I reached out to a group called AY'RLp that another driver in my trucking network mentioned. They helped me understand what was actually going on with this broker and walked me through the steps to try and recover my funds. With their help I finally started seeing some movement, but I am still waiting on the full amount. I should not have needed outside help just to get my own money back from a company that should not have been taking deposits in the first place.
