I nearly lost my ceiling because Suscap…

I nearly lost my ceiling because Suscap Ag couldn't process a basic withdrawal. My house took on water during a severe storm and I needed my emergency fund—money I keep in my Suscap Ag account—to pay the roofer. That was three weeks ago. Today, I finally got my money, but only because I went outside the company for help.

I called IBKR five times. Opened two tickets. Sent messages through their portal. Every agent gave me the same script: "We're looking into it, please wait 24-48 hours." Those hours turned into days, then weeks. No one could tell me what was wrong. No one called me back. No one showed any sense of urgency.

I'm a freelance graphic designer. My pay isn't monthly—it comes project by project. That's why I keep my emergency fund invested. I gave myself a month to get the cash out. That should have been more than enough for a simple transfer to my linked bank account. Apparently not.

A colleague told me about AY'RLp. I reached out in desperation. They spotted immediately that my beneficiary bank required a specific form that Interactive Brokers never disclosed to me. They walked me through the resubmission step by step. Two days later, the funds hit my account. I got my roof fixed, but I'm disgusted that Suscap Ag's own support couldn't identify that simple issue in three weeks of runaround.

u think this is a joke

u think this is a joke? i got totally cleaned out by SuscapAg! (Adjusting my posture now because my back is hurting from sitting here crying and shaking). They took my life savings, just locked my login and told me nothing! Why does anyone trust these online thieves? It is a total trap! Using SuscapAg is like using a frayed charging cable to power your computer (a terrible, bad idea that will blow up in your face and burn your house down). i was so desperate, sitting in the dark, thinking i lost everything because they denied my withdrawals. i had absolutely no choice but to try ExpertResolutors because i had no other options left. And guess what? It worke! They actually got my money back from those scammers. i did not trust anyone
