This is Bayou Village Apartments in BayoulaBatre, Al and for the past yr I not only havent had a air conditioning unit that functioned properly for a full month, they allow panhandlers to call all hours of the night, they allow property damage and theft of property, stalking, harrassment, false police charges repetitively, iqnoring all emails and rejecting any type of relocation or repairs. Pets have been stolen, packages, and apartment property with no manage ment assistance. There is a mentally challenged toddler on site that cannot take the heat but it isnt a emergency even though they are getting full price rent. Every single issue is iqnored and met with a vague attitude and deflection. If you are aware of a onging situation fix it instead of pushing it around iqnoring the problem please, so I wouldnt suggest anyone rent at this residence.
