During initial contact with ASPECT found calm, understanding, and solutions.


During initial contact with ASPECT, I felt secure that my drainage block problem would be solved without delay. Within an hour of calling we were informed that a call would be made within 15mins to my address. This happened and an extremely nice chap, name Aron Love, took a look at the problem and without fuss, or delay, explained that he would bring equipment to the blockage and solve/save the day for me. This problem was cleared, cleaned, and solved without delay a layman’s explanation, Aaron was an extremely polite and efficient person that Aspect could be proud of having as an employee. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending, or using again. Well done Aaron…

Workmanship and quality of work was…

Workmanship and quality of work was great but communication was not very good. To many booking emails were sent. However I would use Aspect again.

I found Aspect online and unlike many…

I found Aspect online and unlike many other companies, they were instantly easy to reach, very clear with their pricing and came out within a few hours. They were were nice, thorough and did what they said. Pawel came from Aspect -he sorted out the issue in less time than an hour (they have a 1hr initial fee, no call out charges) and then used the rest of the time to do more thorough checks and cleaning. I would highly recommend them.

Plumber attending a leak

Fisnik the plumber attending my property to deal with a leak - he was polite, fast and efficient and kept me informed about what he was doing - i appreciated the communication. A really good plumber and i would recommend in a heart beat

Fraudulent and deceitful

Fraudulent - do not trust these people. They quoted £94 and ended up charging over £730.

When I complained, they lied about the telephone conversations and have now remained silent when I asked them to send me the recordings.

Great plumber but pricing lacks transparency

Prompt service when booked. Great plumber who quickly found and fixed the leak. Tidied up and was professional. However pricing is not transparent. There is and additional £118. + VAT for the gas testing on top of hourly rate that is not explained at booking. Invoicing is not easy to understand and customers have to sign off invoice before seeing total costs. I had a discrepancy in charges which was dealt with quickly next day but I had to pay first and get refund next day. This can be avoided by simply having a report visible before signing and paying. Pimlico plumbers work this way so Aspect please incorporate this into your service as this massively lets you down. Your plumber was fantastic but payment part a headache which could be avoided by improvements in billing procedures.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Like many of the other reviewers here - I was totally conned by the cowboy practices of Aspect. The initial engineer who came round gave me poor advice, misdiagnosed the problem and then MASSIVELY overscoped the remedy. When I challenged that it seemed a high price, he told me it was on an hourly fee basis and that if it took less time because was less complicated then I would get a refund.

I trusted him.

In the end - the work took 1 hour (and was very simple). Even that hour involved quite a lot of the guys just standing around chatting. They still charged me for the full quote and when i called to complain - like others say below - they told me i owed the full amount because it was a fixed price. This is simply a lie and they havent provided any evidence that i agreed a fix price. It should have been £400 but they are saying i owe them nearly £1300. I will take legal action if necessary - would STRONGLY recommend you dont get yourself in the situation I am in. Easiest way to do that is avoid Aspect. Lots of other credible and reputable companies out there who can do same work.

Still awaiting refund

The initial interaction and service was good but when it came to payment they charged more than what was agreed. Despite calling several times in the last 4 weeks and being promised that that I would get my refund on every occasion I am still waiting. Very disappointed.

Benjamin Charles attended my flat for…

Benjamin Charles attended my flat for leak detection during what was an extremely stressful situation due to the extensive damage caused.

He was not only professional, but also incredibly kind, calming, and reassuring throughout the process. He returned the following day to complete the investigation and was able to locate a leak that several other companies had failed to identify.

His attention to detail was exceptional. Not only did he successfully find and resolve the leak, but he also took the time and care to prepare a thorough and detailed report for the insurance company to help avoid unnecessary back and forth.

His experience was very evident, both in dealing with the leak itself and in understanding exactly what insurers require within reports from the outset. This made an incredibly stressful experience far more manageable.

I genuinely cannot thank him enough and would highly recommend him to anyone requiring leak detection services.
