I have just received my Aspirato vacum cleaner. I am absolutely delighted with it. It is light to use and surprisingly quiet. It's manouverabilty is impressive and zipped around the house with ease and the suction is good. Emptying the canister is a doddle and I'm so glad I bought it.

I agree Aspirato is a complete waste if time. Wish I read the reviews on here as well. I tried cancelling the order straight away only to be told its been shipped. They want 15%.

I have asked for their address and contact number which they don't provide. Complete scam. They have given me a tracking order but no where to track it.

After I read these reviews I was very concerned as I had just ordered the aspirato cleaner. I was all ready for the chargeback route etc however, it arrived on the 3rd working day via Royal Mail. I ordered on Sat 9th September and it arrived on Wednesday 13th. First thing of note is how well packaged this is - if you need instructions then you have issues, it is ready to use. Mine came with a 50% charge. This is a quite sturdy but light and well put together piece of kit. It is extraordinarily easy to use, it flies around the house, i literally filled it in ten minutes - I used it on 100% and it picked up everything easily. It is very versatile and the led lights are handy. The only thing that could be improved is moving the on/off switch as I keep switching it off by mistake. I am now wondering why there are so many bad reviews and moreso, who's writing them. Dyson, Bosch etc must be crapping themselves at the quality, low cost stuff that is being made in China now.

No suction, terrible fake product. Impossible to return- they will make you pay the shipping fee to China. Total scam do not buy.

The Aspirator vacuum is a source of contention. It has almost no suction. It makes a lot of noise and one would think from the noise that it is effective but it is without question, the absolute worst vacuum I have ever owned. My husband removed the filter which improved the suction by a tad - but using it w/o a filter would defeat the purpose of vacuuming.

Stupidly I didn't do enough research before buying my vacuum cleaner. I bought the vacuum based on a spectacular review by fake tech geek David Brown on fake platform "Topguidance". I can only imagine Aspirato set up the fake review to funnel everyone to their website which is impressive enough to get you sucked in. But look further, normally after you've spent £179 of your hard-earned cash buying its rubbish product, you spot there is no postal address, or trading number or reference, no telephone number. No social media icons. Nothing a usual website has. And, when you realise you've been swindled and you try to get your money back, there begins fun and games. So far I've had a week of frustrating emails with Aspirato fobbing me off, trying to make me take its 5%, then 10% discount. Saying "neither of us want the hassle of sending it back to China so keep the product and we'll give you a discount." The company has a .co.uk website so, doesn't that mean one should expect it to be based in the UK? There must be legislation on that. Anyway, I am now desperate to get the 2 websites taken down - Aspirato and Topguidance - to ensure no-one else is taken in by this nonsense. Everyone who has been burnt by this company should contact Action Fraud to report the company. They need to be taken down asap. Also, try appealing to your bank to get your money back. Banks are not obliged to refund but it is worth a phone call. It's too much money for most people to lose on a product that doesn't do what it is supposed to do. Let's bring these fraudsters down!

Terrible company and a massive scam.. going through the process of the discounted emails!! Joke !! Do not buy from the company!!

Unfortunately it will not allow me to review ZERO stars. Customer service crap juat send the same email back 10 times In a row!! Apparently capable of shipping within 30 mins or ordering in the UK with royal mail when ordered after 6.45pm. Don't even understand a basic request to speak to a human being I have asked more than 6 times all keep saying is " back to China, we don't want that so we will give you 20% refund" even though the seal is unbroken and box not touched. Absolutely shocking DO NOT BUY AND WARN OTHERS NOT TO THEY MIGHT AS WELL THROW THEIR MONEY AWAY ESPECIALLY AT THE MOMENT WHEN THINGS ARE TIGHT ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS.

It is a sponsored review which reports performance which bears no similarity to the actual performance.
When the vacuum arrrives it looks small but OK, however it will not pick up any but the smallest specks of detritus, most just rolls around the floor or enters the tube and rolls out again when you turn off. Frankly the product is useless. The favourable reviews on here are clearly uploaded by the company.
When you look at the terms and conditions, they offer a money back guarantee, however when you ask for the return address, you will be sent a raft of small discount offers, which would leave you with a slightly cheaper pile of junk than you already have. The offers and prevarication go on for days until you get the message that you will have to send it back to China, paying the freight and customs fees and suggesting that it may fail to get through customs in which case you will get nothing, or even if it does, they may decline to give you any money back anyway.
I have contacted my credit card company about a section 75 chargeback, they said that they have had other complaints about the company. I intend to take it up with trading standards in the near future.

So the long and short of it. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
USE YOUR CREDIT CARD RIGHTS TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK.
CONTACT TRADING STANDARDS, if enough do, they will be stopped trading.

Do not under any circumstances buy from this company. They are based in China it is almost impossible to return an item. They try to intimadate you to keep the item. Threatening to only give a partial refund or no refund if that is what they decide. Also you have to pay for return shipping. I tried to cancel this order 3 mins after i made it by mistake, they would not let me. Please do not buy from them its a scam!!!!!

Please see yesterdays update as it will be the same as todays since there been no change in responses from Aspirato.

May I request a service label to return order. I would like it within 1 day for a full refund. I am aware of your return policy of 14 days and I would like a label within 1 day.

Absolutely rubbish vacuum cleaner.
Very poor suction, so dirt gets stuck in the stick easily then when you switch the power off a some of the dirt comes back out on the floor! I cannot remove the stick from the handle, it is stuck on. I am now trying to get my money backas it is faulty, but only been offered 5% of what I paid for the vacuum.

This company is a complete SCAM!!!!
Suction is crap they refuse to give a refund won’t give you return label either how many other people are being ripped off & left of pocket due to this company. AVOID at all costs they are scammers!!!!!!!

Only four stars because delivery was slow and it wasn't clear that the item was being shipped from China. That having been said I can't understand the bad reviews here. I love this little vacuum. It is easy to assemble and store, so lightweight that it is a pleasure to use. The suction levels work very well for my little flat and the duration of the charge works well, albeit I only have a small flat. It is very manoeuvrable and gets into corners well and I really like the LED lights that help me see in the dark places what needs to be cleaned. I only received it today and am just trying it out but so far it is ideal for what I need and much more suitable for the small space that I have than my larger, heavier old-style Vax.

Like others, I would give minus stars if possible, this company is to be avoided at all costs. I foolishly ordered a vacuum cleaner from this company as a result of good reviews on their website, I can only assume they are false. My wife read the reviews here and I immediately tried to cancel the order within half an hour of ordering it, only to be told they could not stop the order as it had already been dispatched, obviously a blatant lie!! They do not provide a Returns Address, you have to request it, which I did, four times, never to be given it. They kept on offering me an ever increasing refund for me to keep it, every time I refused their offer. I was then eventually sent the following e-mail, which I took to be a veiled threat, inferring that my return would be 'lost' and I would receive no refund.

I have chalked this up to experience and my own stupidity, eventually accepting a 20% refund, which has been paid.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Cant give no stars. The vacuum I received wouldn't pick up the dirt. The suction was extremely poor and their communication left a lot to be desired. Klarna have put my payments on hold so the issue can be resolved but Aspirato.co.uk are not even based in the UK. They use false advertising . Avoid at all costs. If you gave already purchased from them and are unhappy with your purchase contact trading standards and the UKICC who work with consumer centres internationally.

Taken to long to arrive. Not impressed.ordered a different one vax got that before the other one came .so thinking of returning it ?????

I was very unsure of what to expect after reading some of the reviews and hearing nothing about delivery for over a week but it did arrive and it is very good. Not as powerful as my old corded Dyson but it works very well and is so light and easy to use.
