I had the pleasure of having Nathan…

I had the pleasure of having Nathan Meritt deal with my claim. He is highly professional, kept me up-to date with the entire claim and the expected outcomes. Nathan managed to fight with the Insurance company and if it wasn’t for him the insurance company would have still dragged their heels. I would highly recommend Nathan.

Aspray and George Masterton have been…

Aspray and George Masterton have been involved for few months now, helping us at every step of the way to support us with our home insurance claim.

I wasn’t getting very far very fast with the insurance company, however with George’s help that all changed.

I would highly recommend anyone utilising the services of Aspray and in particular George and his team.

First class service provided…

Really happy with the service provided by Bill Maynard from Aspray Luton. From the initial call to the final completion of works, Bill took care of everything, from dealing with my insurance company, providing good trades and handled all communication with my tenants.

Water tank leak

Bill did a great job managing our reinstatement work after our hot water tank leaked through ceiling. He took the stress away by managing all from the insurers to builders, keeping us in the loop the whole time. Bill's excellent communication and professionalism put us at lease from the start.

I cannot praise George and Aspray…

I cannot praise George and Aspray enough. We were struggling to find contractors when i posted our job online (refurbishment of Shower room affected by leak) George contacted me saying that he could help. i was initially cautious as i have not used this type of service before. however, George worked incredible hard to get the insurance claim through and sorted out all the work (which affected several rooms) the work was done to a very high standard. George was in constant communication all the time and took all the hassle of finding contractors/organising work away. George is highly professional and I would not hesitate for a moment in recommending him and Aspray to anyone!!

Life made simple

Flawless service and communication

Tracy, Lindsey and the whole team have been absolutely fundamental in ensuring that my apartment has been repaired and also renovated to a superb standard. As a landlord, not local to the apartment, the communication and clarity of explanation has been flawless and they have done everything they could to alleviate the pressures placed on me to manage a full renovation from a distance. I genuinely could not recommend them highly enough. Thank you so much

Fortunately Barry managed my insurance claim for damage caused by burst pipes from the beginning, making the whole process so much easier for me. He saved me time by negotiating directly with my insurer and organising, through his vetted contractors, the restoration of my home to its original condition, quickly and smoothly. This minimised the time required by me in dealing with the issue. Also, Barry’s in-depth knowledge of the insurance claims process meant that we secured a fair settlement and could properly and thoroughly repair the extensive damage. I am happy to recommend Barry’s services to anyone in a similar position.

Aspray (Maidenhead) - Mario

For our Kitchen under floor pipe leak insurance claim and repair work, Mario was excellent from start to finish.
Mario kept us updated throughout, dealing swiftly with the insurance people, discussing the claim with us and remedial work needed. Mario also helped with the trades people needed to make sure we were back to normal as quickly as possible, working very hard to make sure the works were completed just before Christmas!

Recommended

We recently had a lot of damage in our rental apartment caused by a leak in the apartment above. The damage was considerable and the apartment was not liveable. We are not local so were unable to oversee the repair work ourselves, this is where we got Aspray involves.

They were great and dealt with everything from identifying the details of damage, organising tradesmen and liaising with the insurance company.

The process was long but this was due to the insurers rather than Aspray and I was completely happy with the standard to which the work was completed.

Lindsay was great to deal with. I was kept up to date throughout the process and rarely had trouble getting in touch with her.

I would recommend Aspray.

Aspray (Maidenhead)

For those of you who have never had an insurance claim like myself, the world of insurance and claims can be a complex and challenging space. Thankfully we found out about Asprey who were amazing and advised diligently on the matter, dealing with the insurers on our behalf. We had water damage in our property caused by a leaking central heating pipe underneath a concrete floor which was a nightmare as there were lots of uncertainties. Mario was professional, courteous, displayed great client care and kept us updated at all times. We particularly appreciated his transparency and advice on the claim, particularly the risks. 5 star service- Thank you!

Mark at Aspray was brilliant from the…

Mark at Aspray was brilliant from the first time I got in touch to when the job was completed and signed off.

He managed the whole process, from dealing with the insurance company, loss adjuster, various contractors and trades received and ensured that my tenants were not inconveniented more than necessary, along with finding and arranging them alternative suitable accommodation whilst the works were untertaken.

I can't recommend Mark and Aspray highly enough
