Disgraceful service from Birmingham south franchisee.

Having been recommended by a leak detection service following a water leak in the kitchen was expecting someone to do all the work between the insurance company and the water detection company.
What a failure, the franchisee did no work, failed to answer emails or most phone calls, even blamed me for not answering email so he was closing the claim, which I could disprove readily.
After 7 months, yes 7 months, it got so bad the insurance company contacted me directly for information & they told me the franchisee had withdrawn from the claim!!! Which answer the question on why I got invoices sent to me!
My insurance company immediately got on the case after i sent all the information the franchisee ought to have done/sent
The claim got to the resolved and paid out within 6weeks and I was finally able to pay the leak detection service.
Just think carefully before you use a c.aims management service, it seemed to me if my claim was in the thousands rather than a few hundred I may have got a better service, however, in future I shall always do it myself and not use these services so I am in control

Avoid at all costs
Communication was good with loss adjuster. However communication was horrendous after that. Completely incompetent staff at the local office. Had to chase up every little thing to make sure it was done properly. Waited months on claim only to find out the staff member was lying to me and didn’t bother calling the insurance company. Claim only resolved because I had to call insurance company myself to sort it out. Please avoid at all costs unless you want to do the work yourself and drag out your insurance claim over a year.

Fantastic Service
After a burst pipe in our property which caused a lot of damage, I contacted Joe McGuigan at Aspray to manage the insurance claim on our behalf.
We received a first class, professional service from Joe who took care of everything from dealing directly with the insurance company to sourcing and managing the contractors. We were given regular updates on the progress, and he was always on hand to answer any questions.
Our property was handed back to us fully repaired, clean and in first class condition, it was like a new house.
We were absolutely delighted with the service from Joe and his team and therefore would have no hesitation in recommending Aspray.

Complicated claim handled for us
Our home was damaged when a car drove into it. The repair was complicated as gas and electricity meters were on the damaged wall and the utility companies needed to be involved with the repair. We used Aspray.com to represent us and we are so pleased we did- they did an excellent job. They reassured us that our home would be fixed and they were there to support us and met with our insurers to ensure everything needed to repair our home was included in our claim. They took much of the stress away from us and always kept us informed during the whole process. We cannot thank George enough.

Stress free Insurance claim on major works
I had a leak from the roof of my block because of building works carried out by my building management which unfortunately caused huge damage to my apartment. Not knowing the first thing about dealing with insurance I was given Aspray as a contact. They were fantastic. After I hired them to deal with insurance they got everything done for me and made sure I was well taken care of. All I had to do was approve the works and it was done. In particular Satinder helped me immensely. Not only helping me with the job at hand but supporting me morally through this distressing time. Can't say enough how pleased I am with the outcome.

Bill helped me navigate through the complex system following a fire at my property. He dealt with the insurance company and pushed them to get the best deal possible. He then product managed the rebuilding process. The best bit was his amazing communication. Never failed to return my calls and promptly responded to my emails. He listened and rectified any snagging I had following the renovation. I cannot imagine how I would have managed to do this myself.

George and the team at Aspray have been an amazing support in dealing with a wide range of repairs needed in our property. After the catastrophic flood we experienced over the winter, damaging floors, ceilings, and decor across much of the house, we needed someone who could project manage the restoration process from beginning to end. It’s a Micky mouse company, stay well clear… I’m a tradesman who carried out work for these amateurs almost a year ago and still haven’t be paid, I’m out my time, plus materials. It seems there’s always someone else to blame when it comes down to it, sort it out you bunch of clowns. One star isn’t low enough, AVOID AVOID AVOID this company like the plague.

Bathroom Leak
Having just finished using the services of Aspray, that spanned a year, I cannot recommend them enough. I was unaware that a Loss Assessor existed until I was introduced to Bill Maynard, who took all the hassle that comes with insurance claims out of my hands.
I did not have to chase up my insurer, negotiate a settlement or wait on hold for ages listening to recorded messages! All my discussions were with Bill, who is a superb communicator. He explained things simply and answered any questions that arose. Progress reports were emailed to me weekly. He visited my home when the loss adjuster viewed the repairs to be made. He appointed an excellent building firm to do the work and visited at the various stages of the rebuild. I was happy to give him full marks when it came to signing off the project.
Should I be unfortunate to make a claim in the future, Bill will be the first person I call!
Outstanding & exceptional service
My father diagnosed with dementia unfortunately experienced a burst water pipe in the loft causing a major flood affecting the main bathroom, hallway, kitchen & 2 bedrooms! His home was uninhabitable!
I undertook managing the insurance claim on my fathers behalf & spent the first couple of months on daily multiple phone calls trying to co-ordinate the process, however with a very poor & unsatisfactory outcome! It was an absolute nightmare!

Building Insurance Claim - LEAK
I had a significant leak underneath my kitchen and bathroom floor that had been there for many months without my knowledge.
Kylie’s expertise shone through immediately and continued to do so throughout the process. The initial suggested remedial actions fell far below what should have been done and, had I not had Kylie’s help, I would have been left with a half finished kitchen and bathroom that I no doubt would have been ripping out again in the near future at my own expense.
Once a proper schedule of works was agreed, her team of contractors commenced with the work. They were all professional, polite and competent. Particular thanks to the STORK Renovate team who completed the majority of the works to a superb standard.
Kylie dedicated hours in negotiations with the insurance company, time that I did not have to spare myself. She ensured that no unnecessary time was lost and that my kitchen and bathroom were replaced to the highest standard.
I cannot recommend Kylie at Aspray highly enough.
