Great service at both the Dundee & Edinburgh stores. Used online service on occasion as well.

Cannot recommend them enough! They have a great selection of vinyl available and it always arrives very promptly and extremely well packaged. I’ve only ever shopped online with them but cannot fault the service and quality.

Random find on a search and I am so pleased. Absolute pleasure to buy from. I got a personal thanks from the owner the following day (I bought on a Sunday) and as my preorder meant a three-month wait when the records arrived they were packaged up really well and absolutely as described. I’ll definitely buy from them again and have already recommended this fab store to all my vinyl-loving mates.

Highly recommend! I found Assai Records through Amazon but decided to order directly through their website instead. I ordered a vinyl that was sold out everywhere else so was very happy to find it in stock here! It also worked out to be slightly cheaper ordering from Assai directly instead of going through Amazon. I ordered it about 10am on the 3rd Feb and received it about 11:30am 4th Feb. Amazing!! I’ll definitely be buying from here again.

Fantastic service. Ordered a Depeche Mode box set on Monday 18 Jan and it was with me by Sat 23 Jan. Well packed. So glad I shopped here after Horizons Music let me down.

Ordered a recent release vinyl which I couldn't find in stock anywhere else at the time. Really quick delivery and was happy to assist me with a question I had. Will definitely be buying from them again!

Incredible customer service! The record I got was sold out everywhere but these guys had a copy! Responded to all questions incredibly fast and received the vinyl very promptly after order. I will for sure be purchasing from these guys again!

I nearly gave up buying records online as I’ve been so unlucky with other company’s having to wait weeks upon weeks to be delivered or after weeks just getting cancelled, but I’m so happy with the service from assai received my order within a week I have nothing bad to say

I'm not one to write reviews but I was genuinely so impressed with the experience overall from assai records. The record player I bought looks great, perfect size for a smaller player, the sound is fantastic given they are inbuilt speakers, & delivery was quick and super painless - would shop again with them in a heartbeat!!

Have had two deliveries now from Assai Records and am very happy with all the records I have purchased. Both packages came securely wrapped so no creases or any damage at all. Only very slight complaint would be having to wait a week to receive records, but due to the circumstances we are living in just now I fully understand why. Overall great service and would recommend any music lover to buy from Assai Records.😎
