Truly invaluable. I have learned so much from Asset Academy in a short space of time, things that I would never have considered. An absolute must if considering a career in property.

Just completed the Foundation weekend (3 day). Highly recommend it for all knowledge levels. So many insightful pieces of information that I don't think I'd ever had come across if I'd tried to research Property Investment on my own. There really is a difference between doing this as an amateur and becoming a professional! Needless to say, I'm progressing to the Advance programme. Highly recommend.

The HMO three day course with Chris and Russ was in deed pitched at the right level for someone who wants to start expanding the property portfolio.
The important things it demonstrated to me were:
1. The presenters personal experience of "Bad Deals", which put things into perspective after seeing their successes.
2. Finding out about "Capital Allowance"
3. The reasons why it may be better to lease a furniture package for your HMO.
4. Access to "GENUINE LOW" TRADE prices.
5. Understanding how to calculate GDV.

There were many other gems based on their experiences that you would never pick up from reading a book.
I now feel I have a credible starting point to move forward with my property portfolio.
Well worth the investment.

Really impressed with the 3 day Foundation training with Elliott, Helen & Shirley. Great content, very comprehensive, very informative and insightful. Plenty of tips and examples, loads of questions answered. So much was covered but still made sense. Everything was so well structured and the knowledge and energy of the speakers was impressive.
The team is very passionate, and truly cares about people and ethics.

The trainings I attended have great contents and excellently delivered by the facilitators.

I just finished the 3 day fundamentals training with Elliott, Helen and Shirley and I have to say I am impressed. I have done some training with another company but have learnt many new things from this course. You can tell that they are passionate about what they do, being professional and most importantly for me they actually care about the students, they want you to succeed not because they want you to pay for the next steps but because they genuinely want you to succeed! They were all friendly, helpful, quick to answer questions, supportive and infectiously positive and excited about what they were teaching. Helen went above and beyond to help my with some queries. Thank you for a great 3 days. I can’t wait for what’s coming next!

The Buy to Let course was the first advance course I attended. Very user friendly, and if you have never ventured into the property world, this would be the best place to start.

I found this 3 day buy to let training very informative and easy to follow. I would recommend this for anyone new to property investing with no clue how to start their business, as this will give you a great foundation of knowledge to start.
