I had a Forklift Course with Mick on the 20th of June, 2023.

Mick wasn't very professional at all, in-fact he had a distasteful way of making examples. One was the 'difference between a hazard and a risk' his example was as follows; "The wife is in 'a mood', that's a hazard, me going home is a risk. Me going home is the risk (chance) of coming face to face with a hazard." Literally what he said. Also a foreigner was late to the course and I could understand him, he just had a thick accent. Mick turned them away because they were late, told them to rebook. But after that he said "I can tell just by looking at him he can't speak English" so yeah, he was also racist. Then he saw I wasn't writing anything down (Because he didn't give papers around like he should've, it's his responsibility as a teacher to supply students with study papers) and poked fun at me personally, saying "Sure you look intelligent, you have a photographic memory or something? I see you nodding" He spoke in a demeaning manner down to me. It felt like a jab at my autism but I'm not sure how he could know that so it's probably just coincidence. Still very unprofessional.

After the theory part of it I just decided to leave and go home, because it felt like a waste of time and I wasn't good mentally after it.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star! Been ripped off for £13k! They set up take a load of money then go into liquidation. Awful business and shocking behaviour. So many people out of pocket when thinking they were investing in their future. Keep well away from these companies.

Please stay away from these crooks at all costs. After being coerced into handing over a large amount of money at a training course have been completely ignored since.
Currently going through a court process to try and recover my money but they are virtually non existent now and have been impossible to contact. Please don’t fall for the nice exterior as underneath it’s one large scam. I only wish I read some of these reviews before I attended the course, worst decision of my life.

I registered to attend the Asset Academy training on the 22nd February 2023, paying the booking fee for the online training course. It is now over one month later and after numerous email to the service provider I have still not been provide with details on upcoming events or how to register for the training event.

I have emailed both the 'online@assetacademy' and 'customerservices@assetacademy' addresses and I have received no response. I also tried to call the contact number on the website to get a pre-recorded message requesting I email them with any queries.

I am extremely disappointed with the service based difficulties I have has to simply register for a training course that I have already paid for in full.

Total Scam

After I had booked in and payed for a course they cancelled and moved it to a date that I couldn’t do so asked for the money back guarantee and have been chasing them for 5 weeks with no reply. Save your money and go for someone better like Rick Gannon

Expensive but fantastic real life property investment education. The kind you will not be taught in university or college. Cannot recommend it enough!

I done the R2R/SA Course on weekend 10th March 23 all the trainers were phenomenal! A very informative and positive 3-day weekend.
The trainers were not hostile with sharing their knowledge and answering questions.
Not to mention we were given a bunch of downloads to go through. Thank you Suzanne, Petra, Alan and Guest Speaker.
I am confident in the journey I'll embark on following this course.

I think Asset Academy is a fantastic company for courses. I just think the only thing that really needs to be improved is their communication - it is near impossible to get in touch with anyone by phone. They need to employ someone full time to answer the phone. Not just always have an answer phone message. It makes people feel very uncomfortable when we are parting with such huge sums of money to not get through to someone is very unsettling. I really do hope this area of the business is improved.

Very detailed webinar with tone of information from very experienced professionals. I hope to relate to your course and in all that I can to help me move forward into this property training program.

Total scammers. Most of 5 star reviews you see here come from people that were hyped up during their courses and convinced that they will become millionaires though property if only their wish was strong enough (average new-age wishy-washy woke mentality). They always ask for the reviews and these are never genuine. Trustpilot should strengthen their policy.

Most of the 5-star reviews come from people that do not even own a property and were sold snake oil via Tony Robbins methods. Stay as far away as you can from these people. If there were indeed as successful as they claim they would not have to sell you overpriced courses.

Use the course money as deposit on your first property.

Very informative

After completed my initial 3 day training, I purchased 5 additional courses, one of which was Lease Options. The 3 day course was very useful so I purchased an advanced Lease Options course for £5k but this was well and truly a flop and did not live up to what was promised.
After raising concerns with AA, they initially tried to fob my off by saying the course was purchased through an external company and that AA could do nothing, despite them endorsing and the course being sold through an AA programme. After months of back and forth, I eventually had a call with the AA CEO (who was great) and the mentor running the Lease Options course and a resolution was agreed. However, as with the course, what was agreed just simply wasn't delivered and requests for a refund are now being ignored.
Based on the experience I cannot recommend AA at all, I have been conned out of £5k.

There are courses here where just one line of instruction from the instructor will allow you to make your money back in one deal! Forget expensive MBAs. This is truly the way to financial freedom! No gimmicks.

Creative finance course with Mark Dalton and Lindsey Hopkins was an eye opener, brilliant! Just completed Lease Options with Richard Shepherd and Sanjay Adatia, fantastic course, just applying the knowledge from this course alone will have me making the kind of income most people never achieve and only dream of! And now I know the secret!!

I previously took the Auction course with the man himself, Martin Roberts! I learned so much, so many mysteries of the auction process were answered. Best thing is applying this knowledge and seeing your life change for the better right away!

I've got more courses to go and I know they will all be as exceptional as I have experienced so far! But it doesn't stop there, we have access to a community of support built to help you achieve even when your classes are done! Let me add it is not just about making money. Their underlying ethics are about helping to improve the lives of their students and teaching them how to go about being ethical property investors too! Love that! All the coaches share this same ethics, and it shows up again and again throughout the training! There is even a course to help guide you to improve your mental health called Mind Setting, done by Roger Black and Steve Backley!

All the trainers do this because they really enjoy passing on their good ethos and knowledge. They are all successfull property investors with no need for the money from teaching us, they could be on a sunny beach somewhere! Taking this course will change your life for the better!

Absolutely fabulous HMO course really informative and loads of information. Living Gateway really good tool to know. Capital gains allowance good to hear about. All in all the videos, examples and visiting partners great. Thanks to Colin & Russ
