Thank you! The HMO 3 day training was informative, creative and interactive in depth learning. The presenters used live case studies that was interesting and useful. I feel quite inspired to venture onto my HMO journey with my sister and family. We are considering supported/social housing as, I currently work as a family support worker and support people who are in these vulnerable groups.

Just completed the 3 day HMO course, lots of information, all of which is relevant and needed to build a successful HMO business. Delivered in a straight forward, clear way, by people with true hands on experience. Great guest speakers and overall, for anyone looking at getting into the HMO market, this is a must do course to attend.

Just completed the Buying At Auction course with Martin Roberts and Avi Aravinthan. Educating and entertaining at the same time. This course was an eye opener and has given us confidence to buy at auction. Avi shows how to methodically work out ROI on a deal which was a particularly useful exercise. Avi also went through step by step process of buying. The course also goes through red flags and the due diligence you should be carrying out. Presentations from experts in their field who know what they're taking about. And Martin's delivery is great :)

Very useful information, equipping us with confidence for 'our' property 'journey', with (candour - that's my dim attempt at being pretentious haha, good job I posted from my wife's email haha) integrity - something important to us.
