Alarm went off Thursday about 10.00pm whilst we were out. Phoned Friday morning and Stewart, an engineer we knew, popped in Friday afternoon. Identified the sensor, no fault found, made an adjustment which means it needs to sense two movements before going off.

On the call they emphasised we could have called the 24-hr service the night before.

Arrived on time. Explained and answered question. Very polite and helpful

Stuart replaced our old cameras. As previously, he was efficient, helpful and very conscientious. A pleasure to have him here.

Booking yearly service was straightforward and engineer turned up on time and completed service in a professional friendly manner. He explained all work carried out and costs (reasonable in my opinion) incurred. We look forward to seeing him next year.

Problems, Stuart arrived and dealt with the camera and alarm issue, all done, no hassle!

Assured Fire & Security are a 1st class security company, I've been exceptionally happy with them for 6 years. All the staff from Jo in accounts to all the engineers, are professional, polite, knowledgable & friendly. I had ADT for 22 years for my last property & they were quite good but definitely not a patch on Assured & they were 3 times as expensive. Anyone looking for security, you definitely can't go wrong with insured.
