We ordered lamps for our house renovation. The delivery came on time because it was a bulk order so they had said it will take more time than usual. We are happy overall.

very poor quality of carpets
very poor quality of carpets, they do not match the photos on their website, and disgusting communication with customers, you need to return the goods at your own expense. I do not recommend ordering anything from this company.

This company is based in HK/China and ships defective and low quality products. Their customer service is also not helpful and refusing to issue refund. Do your best to avoid this company. Not worth the headache.

Terrible quality lamp, does not meet description
Terrible quality lamp. Does not feel or look like the graphics on the product website. Terrible packaging, supporting tools and manuals. Cheap product feel. Several of the included screws broke during fitting leaving damages. Avoid.
