I have dealt with Bart for both my submissions so far and all I can say is I wouldn't have wanted to deal with anyone else. In my line of work I deal with high numbers but for Bart to be so thorough and to confirm such returns not only highlights his accomplished capability in his field but also his care and attention to each individual case provided to him. I recommended a company for the R&D claim and then completed the introducer form so that I would be entitled to 10% of their claim should they be successful. I was later advised that this would not be the case due to the way the details for the other company were entered on to the system. I have only ever dealt with Dale Key who fought my corner on this and has managed to get the issue resolved in quick time. His communication is excellent, he is definitely a credit to Aston Berry.
