Amazing customer service !
I had an issue with delivery that I did put an older review on how it was not being delivered on time. Turns out it was an issue mainly on my end with the contact info. So while placing order I had my Canadian contact in which made it a little hard for them to contact me hence all the delay but once I approached the customer service the problem got solved right away and I received my order within 5 days. A big thanks to Shivani who put in extra effort to make sure everything was smooth… the order arrived in great condition with utmost care in handling … hats off to the team for their super efficient work.

The course is fantastic, but my only suggestion is related to the access policy. I found it difficult to complete the course within the given time frame due to personal and work commitments. It would be incredibly helpful to have lifetime access until the course is completed. This would allow students to learn at their own pace without the pressure of a looming deadline.
