Shaili Kirola Madam is a marvelous personality. She signifies and dignifies her position as Customer Delight Officer. Interacting with her is simply amazing. She listens carefully, speaks less but responds vigorously through work. It is obvious that in a big Organisation like Astro Arun Pandit, errors (human or mechanical) ought to occur. But the support team lead by Shaili Kirola madam is so strong and passionate that any error is attended and rectified instantaneously. I have prepared four Kundalis for my entire family. Last year (June 2024) for elder son and this month for other three members. What to say about Shaili Madam's response, she even resolved a long standing issue for me by rectifying and providing the corrected Kundali for my elder son, even after lapse of one year. I wish her all success in life. May Lord Jagannth bestow her with good health, happiness and more & more empathy and patience to serve and support people like us. Thank you Shaili madam. I am heartily grateful to you. Thank you Astro Arun Pandit Ji for having such marvelous team members in the pious organisation.
