Poor customer service.
Extremely disappointing customer service.
Despite multiple follow-ups, my query remained unresolved. I was repeatedly assured that a resolution would be provided by the end of the day, but that never happened. Eventually, they stopped responding to my calls altogether.
A truly frustrating and unprofessional experience.

Identical kundalis received with two different birth places.
I ordered kundali from Astro Arun Pandit and when I received the kundali, I found my birth place is changed to my present native place. Later when I contacted the customer care, and informed about the mistake, they corrected it with my correct birth place, but to my utter surprise, I found that the report was almost identical with the previous report. When I contacted the customer care about this, they replied that there is a change in one of the charts, and otherwise there were no changes found. I am pretty confused because my birth place is around 6000 km of my native place and with little knowledge of astrology I know that this change should cause huge change in the astrological prediction. Hence, I am unable to fully trust the kundali received from Astro Arun Pandit.

I am very sorry to say but the service and support is just not up to the mark with Arun pandits occult gurukul.
I have been following up over email and whatsapp for my fee refund for the last one month and they have just been giving standard auto reply with no solution.
I hope this review is read by occult gurukul team

I trust Arun Sir as a mentor. His predictions are accurate and his way of teaching is also very engaging and easy. The only problem I have is why to lie to anyone. I joined their webinar for astrology. It was advertised as it was live session. But in reality everyone knows it was a recorded one. I don't mind tht....but why to lie to us? U should not have mentioned live session...live QnA etc. Nothing was live... everything was pre recorded. No comments visible....no reactions..no replies allowed on WhatsApp. No one answering our chat questions on Zoom...nothing. This much privacy is only done when u know u r hiding something.
