Overall Good Experience
I have taken courses from him, and they have been insightful. The way Arun ji teaches is amazing. Also used Gemsmantra and they have also been on point with my orders and delivery. The quality of the product was also great.
The RM can be improved as they do not answer, maybe lack of staff is the reason, however, tickets have been answered and resolutions have been provided on time. Thank you! :)

I had ordered on 13th Mar'25 and have paid the token amount on 13th Mar'25 itself. Customer care informed me that it will reach me by 10-12 days. I have been repeatedly following up with them as to whether it has been dispatched. Now, today it is 27th Mar'25. Till now it has not been dispatched. Trusted Them, But Got Tricked!
I initially had a good impression of Astro Pandit—his astrology knowledge and teaching are great. However, my experience left me disappointed. I booked an advanced course for ₹33,000 with a ₹3,000 deposit, but just before the classes started, they suddenly raised the fee to ₹40,000.
This feels like a recurring tactic to extract more money from students. For smaller batches, they charge ₹1 lakh per student—hardly making astrology accessible to everyone. It seems their goal isn’t education but maximizing profits. Be cautious before enrolling and taking any services from him!

Their service, delivery and value for commitment is as bad as it gets. I ordered my Rudraksha for Mahashivaratri on 20th Jan, almost 36 days before the event, but it took them almost 2 months to get the delivery. In between, the team had no idea on status, delivery and any other useful information. It took me several follow-ups on the ticket even to get one response, while their telephone lines were always busy. This was the last time I used gemsmantra or any other Arun Pandit prroduct. I wish there was a 0 star.
