Atlas For Men UK Reviews 

I ordered some tshirts and a shirt towards the end of august, so not really holiday peak time for ordering I would have thought, and here comes the downside.
1st, the order took TWELVE days to arrive - just not good enough now, with next day pretty standard, but 12?
2nd, delivered by EVRI - !!! I had forgotten they used these cowboys, but, due in the afternoon, waited all day, delivered at 10pm! On the plus side, I suppose I was lucky to get it at all....
3rd, the shirt! Unknown to me, they have seen fit to decorate all of the buttons on the shirt with the words "atlas for men" in white on a coloured background --
HORRIBLE!!!
I would send the lot back but that would mean dealing with Evri again so....
I will NOT be buying from this company again, but I'm not sure how I will stop the deluge of advertising I will get from them.
My advice? AVOID!!!

I have used these a couple of times , first 5ime I ordered stuff for holidays and t shirts were fine but a pair of sandals came apart within half an hour of wearing t,hem , I requested a refund and never ever got a reply so I stopped using them then recently they advertised a micro fibre jacket that looked very nice so I thought we’ll give them another chance, it arrived quite quickly but it was massive going by the size chart it should have fit me , I decided to return it by Evri literally the same day and requested a replacement rather than a refund just in a smaller size as it showed it was in stock , it has now been 5 weeks and I still haven’t had any messages as to what is happening , I have tried to contact as they wanted proof of return through Evri , this was sent straight back and they have acknowledged it , but they state they have 30 days to replace item , I can’t understand how they have acknowledged the return and know they have the size I want so why is there such a delay it’s crazy, if I went back on and ordered the jacket in a smaller size I would probably get it within a few days but they seem to delay any replacements forever , I don’t think 8 will use them again because their policy for refunds and returns is ridiculously slow , I can get all kinds of this type of clothing from the likes of Amazon , Temu, Shein, etc and a lot of that comes from china but it does get sorted immediately , Atlas needs to be competitive or customers with look elsewhere

Return policy: 30 days. They want to pay straight away but long winded in refunding. If called, premier rate. Disgusted. I want to buy again but am unsure.Have been with this company a long time. Don't know if I will buy again.Reply from Altlas for men still 30 days waiting for return payment. It's a joke.

They chose EVRI as a deliverer, who predictably dumped the parcel outside my block of flats, although I was in at the time, without even telling me. When I complained to Atlas they told me I should sort it out with EVRI and said I should be monitoring their delivery. 24/7? Evri are meant to tell you when they deliver. Evri of course said I should sort it out with Atlas.

I placed an order in April and when I returned an item for the value of £25.99 and of course I lost the proof of postage. I thought it would ask about it as it wasn't ever picked up as being returned. So as it was my fault, I took it on the chin. The next order I made was I had two items to return. I was careful with the proof of postage. They received the parcel 04/07 so obviously it takes 30 days so I would have expected the refund in and around 04/08. Initiated 07/08...its now after 24/08 close of business and still no refund. Communication from customer service is exceptionally poor and I am constantly chasing them. The only good point I have to say is their clothes are decent but thats it. The fact that this day in age a refund takes 30days once they receive it is absolutely mindblowing and their refund process really needs looked at. Thankfully its not massive amounts but it all comes down to the principle now but I have the proof of postage for it and I am prepared to go to the ombudsman if its not sorted soon. Beyond frustrated and annoyed!!!

One item sent was not as ordered, other items all correct. No problem, however, with the exchange - lady who assisted me was excellent and deserves five stars for her help. Correct item arrived, as promised, a few days later.

3rd trip advisor review. Awaiting a credit from November. Pensioners cannot afford to loose money. Robbing B@stards. Not usually one to swear. Disgraceful organisation

Delays with refunds?. November 2025!

What a grim experience. Order took two weeks to arrive, according to customer service this was due to a heat wave.
Finally arrived and the unpackaging was instantaneously met with an "oh come on", the initial look was bad enough but feeling the material and actually wearing the item was an instant "its going back". Cheapest, nastiest, poorest designed polo shirts imaginable.
I actually commented to my partner that I wouldn't even wear this for painting the ceiling.
And so the long and wearisome return began with Evri taking two weeks to return the package three hundred miles. (couldn't make this up)
Customer service for Atlas answer is within 48 hours ((woopeedoo))
with a generic response sent from someone clearly working from home and not giving a hoot about the customer.
So finally it has reached its return destination but Atlas for men UK need a further 30 days to process the refund (more generic answers) but not before deducting the return postage.
Never again, absolute rubbish.

I am fed up of waiting for a £2.99 refund. Apparently a problem with their banking system.
Strangely no problem with taking your money, not good at giving it back

I HAVE been waiting weeks for a refund , & i have had the most stupid reasons for not refunding me, i paid for the goods, quickly, & they take your money, but they don`t seem to like refunding you! please be careful when buying, because if you have to return, you will wait & wait for your money back!

All good they were very helpful and friendly when talking to the them on the phone

I ordered a gift for a friend on the 4th and his birthday was on the 8th giving 4 days to receive it on his birthday. It didn’t turn up until the 15th! So I was very disappointed as I have never received items from you at that length of time. Also, I was disappointed for him too.

Refund was supposed to be 5-7 days I'm now informed it will be 4-6 weeks

I have been waiting weeks for a refund for goods not available / awaiting supplies. Despite numerous calls, today I have been told it is due to a change in banking system. I guess the same banking system that accepts payment for goods without problem.
We did ask if we could order a different item and was told we would have to pay postage again, why when the other items would have been sent if we could have waited,
Customer service agents work from home and unable to provide resolution.
Definitely won't be buying from again.
Would have left 0 stars if possible.
Edit in response to reply, is it changing banks or a change to the banking system. Sorry still doesn't wash as doesn't stop you accepting payments for orders. Checking other reviews this has taken 3 months
