I bought 2 packs of shirts, polo shirts and t shirts. These are good quality and arrived on time. The items are generous in size and as advised, I ordered a size smaller than usual.

Whilst the goods supplied are of good quality your delivery service and customer service needs some attention with more information being passed to the customer when you will not meet your delivery times.

I ordered some goods on Sunday 19th July 2026 and according to your website they should have been delivered within 5 to 7 working days which would make that the 24th or 28th July.
The parcel did not arrive until the 31st July .

Tracking shows the order was not created until the 24th in Amsterdam and did not clear customs at Amsterdam until the 28th so there was no way it was ever going to meet your delivery times.

At no time despite some messages I sent to your customer services was I told there was a delay .

Everything was well packaged and the items were as expected. Good value and quality.

I have used Atlas For Men UK for a couple of years now,
I haven't been disappointed at all
They sell the clothes size I need

One of my orders was never delivered, despite being placed back in May. I emailed the company but never received a reply. I then tried calling customer service four times before anyone answered. On one occasion, the phone was picked up, but no one spoke—I could only hear people chatting in the background.
When I finally got through to someone, I was told the item had sold out and that I would be refunded. However, they later claimed I owed them around £4 from a previous order, even though I pay by cheque and don't have an account with them.
Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with the poor customer service and the way this issue was handled. I will not be using this company again.

The package was delivered but had 2 different sizes in. So had to return the package via Evri , but apart from Evri saying it has been returned it doesn't appear in returns in my account and after emailing customer services the response was it will be sorted within 30 after returned date

Some items have been good, but, there t shirt and polo shirts are one wear/wash and bin, they shrink by 10%., this even after observing the 30° washing instructions and then drying on a washing line, customer services are poor,they require one to measure and send photo evidence of one's claim, bye bye atlas.

Ordered some bits from them. One item was the incorrect item, they sent it because they had run out of item I wanted , hadn't checked that it was ok with me, other item was so inferior quality that I returned. Delivered to atlas on 11th July. Chased a week later and was told not delivered but can take 30 days. Have emailed and chased again, no proper answer. Absolutely ridiculous. Crap clothes,crap customer services. Avoid using

Very poor communication and still awaiting refund for wrong size item. Each time you speak to customer service they say they will email their service team who deal with refunds. After 3 weeks I'm going nto inform bank to get money back

Second review. My parents have Still not received a refund or credit from November 2025! Even invoiced my mother again for delivery for an out of stock product. We were Told the company changed hands and it would take a while for the credit to go through. Chased again May 26 and told 6 weeks for the refund. Still nothing. Now ignoring emails. Shocking. DO NOT USE THIs COMPANY

I filled in a contact form online explaining that I had ordered a pack of 2 men's Striped Poplin Shirts - 1 Grey & 1 Blue Auto Responce on 16/7/26
Ref- R0117 size XL . On delivery everything appeared to be OK, I removed the Grey Stripe to wear and this was as ordered UK-XL. The following day I unpacked to wear the Blue Stripe but when out of packet I could see that this one was UK-XXL & far too big. I have had an auto responce on 16th July but no follow-up. WHAT HAPPENS NOW? As stated I have worn the Grey which was the correct size XL but the Blue is of no use to me as it is XXL, the were sold as a pack of 2 and supposed to have been UK-XL.
