Booked our summer 2023 holiday with shahid from Atlas travel, he found us a great deal to Egypt, for 7 of us. He recommended Rixos premium seagate which was an amazing hotel. I checked other travel agents to compare prices and his quote was the cheapest!
His customer service was brilliant, he made sure my demands were met, for example having a room on the bottom floor near the pool, because we had a toddler and a pram! Also requesting cots in both rooms everything I wanted was taken care of!
He went above and beyond.
