VERY BAD COMPANY !! DO NOT USE!!!!!
I bought a pergola from ATM LIVING FOR £3500 not cheap ! And 1x of the privacy screens was damaged and broken,so I contacted ATM LIVING in November 2024 and they said they would send me a replacement out asap, it is now 5th of February 2025 and still I haven’t received my replacement privacy screen as of yet ???!!!! Very bad company,don’t use !!!!!!!!

As per terms and conditions on our website and communications with our team, we advised the screen would be replaced, there was no stock when reported as you were advised, an order was placed on pre-order.
The stock has not long arrived with us and as discussed earlier today with our team is being prepared for dispatch as soon as possible.
Please note as per our website information and terms and conditions replacement parts directly from the manufacturer may take a period of time to arrive due to shipments being released. Apologies if this time frame was not to your approval. Our team have tried to keep you up to date as much as possible.

We have looked into this and believe you have spoken to our team regarding the issue you have faced.
I can see the fault was reported 27/01/25 , our team replied same day, images were sent to us 28/01/2025 which is 4 working days ago. Since our team have been liaising with the manufacturer to get a replacement part sourced, as advised in email.
Apologies if this time frame was not suitable for you, but our team were doing there best to resolve the issue . We have had confirmation this is now resolved.

Very happy with delivery and furniture although the glass table cover was very cloudy and after trying various methods of cleaning there is still a cloudy film present which is disappointing.

So far so good, had little trouble to get the product delivered, however as promised they followed up and it arrived today in their 48 hour service. Once I open the product which is the Fire place 2000 I will come back and comment.
