Kelly Prince was very helpful in getting my problem fixed. She made it very easy in replacing my infrared light.

Happy with the scope, the IR laser that I ordered didn't work well so they are send me another. I haven't tested the new one yet but the customer service has been good with getting my return order out quickly.

Outstanding service... Kelly Prince is an outstanding representative of ATN. She went out of her way to fix my issue. She was extremely knowledgeable on every aspect of the Thor 5.

For as expensive as the scopes are, parts should not just be falling off them just from walking around with it. The parts that the rubber eyecup screws into fell off. So now I am missing the eyecup and the part it attaches onto.
