I recently had a mixed experience with ATN. Initially, navigating their website and dealing with the AI “Franklin” was incredibly frustrating and honestly a joke. The AI was unhelpful and seemed to misunderstand my concerns and follow ups, making the process difficult and frustrating . However, my experience took a complete turn when I connected with Kelly Prince. Kelly was a breath of fresh air! She was extremely helpful, professional, and genuinely sincere in her efforts to assist me. Kelly Prince turned a potentially negative experience into a positive one, and I highly recommend reaching out to her directly for any assistance.

You know it’s so to to not have to worry about trying to find replacement parts for a scope or what kind of b.s. You are going to have to go through to order the right parts, particularly trying to reach someone. Atn has the best customer service and Kelly prince takes care of me every time.

I have a THoR 640 Thermal scope that was in a plane crash and it hit so hard that the side plate and the plastic part on the inside of the SD CARD WAS MISSING. Unfortunately the plane did not make or the passengers. ATN SERVICE Kelly Prince, was outstanding and very friendly and help me with what I needed. Thank You for top notch service.

Thermal Rifle Scope w/ Gen 5 Sensor and setting up shipping. He then connected me to the specialist in warranty and repair to expedite the repair of my failed thermal scope.
