My company ordered a hydraulic pump from ato.com and it will not pump. With several hours trying to get an answer from them they would not offer a solution or a refund but did offer to sell me another pump.Ato.com is the absolute worse company I've ever had to deal with emails only with any question or problems takes 24 hrs to get a response and they will not stand by their products. Take some advice and order from a trustworthy company that you can talk to.

ATO Customer Service was very helpful in providing a replacement part that was received at the wrong location.

Impenetrable system. I have spent many hours trying to navigate a set of instructions made by an ATO IT boffin which are made for other IT professionals.
But for the public user, they are labyrinthian and counter-intuitive.
The actual helpline is very good if you can get on to it.
I would suggest that you do not spend precious time trying to decipher their code- go to the helpline where the ATO CRM/CSO officers are really patient and helpful.
But as to the website and instructions? Forget it- you will never figure it out.

They told me this item would fix a under voltage condition. 12 kVA Single Phase Automatic Voltage Stabilizer. It is not a voltage Stabilizer. Its a uneven buck/boost style. Now they want me to return it to China. $1600 down the drain. Cost that to ship it back. Crooks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered over 2 weeks ago was charged and order has not been shipped. Was asked to send email about my order but didn’t get a response . Called again - again they say it will be shipped out tomorrow and again next day no shipment. This is very frustrating.

These guys are a freaking joke. Pray you don't have an issue. Some guy that can't speak English tells you over and over no technical support over the phone, and they respond to emails once a day asking the same question as the previous email. Wish in one hand and crap in the other. Foreign hacks... That's what you're buying.

Their products are well-design and reliable. Stable quality and reasonable price. I’m very impressed with their customer service. Got more professional and efficient service than others.
