NO RESPONSE, NO ANSWER, & NO PRODUCT

I placed an order on 12/29/25. I was unable to choose the type of shipping. I was forced to go with the USPS shipping they wanted to use. I was not provided a tracking number. I received an email on 1/10/26 saying my package would be delivered by 1/14/26. I received another email on 1/12/26 saying my package was to be delivered that day on 1/12/26. I did not receive the package. I have tried to call the company numerous times throughout this process and there is no answer.
