Outstanding experience
Outstanding experience! The service was easy to book and then the driver was incredibly helpful and patient.
We were traveling with two kids (3yo and 1yo) and we were nervous because we tried using Bolt in Porto with a car seat and they didn’t have the right size.
We were very happy with the car seat provided and the van was spacious and clean and the driver helped us with the luggage too.

10/10 transfer service
Really pleased with this transfer service. Easy to book and pay. Got a confirmation right away. Then I got a 2nd confirmation the day before arrival (and departure) with the information about the driver and the car. After we landed I got a call from the driver with further instructions. Our driver, Sejd, was really wonderful and friendly. I really recommend this service if you are looking for some transport. 10/10

Rude driver and terrible service - will not use him ever again!
The free waiting time was 60mins. Guests had some delays with the flight arrival and baggage. Driver called twice but guests were on the plane and did not receive the call but they got the call again at baggage claim. They were told driver had to leave and rush for another transfer urgently (??) and could only pick them up after he is done with the other guests which I find very puzzling. Anyways, the guests impatiently waited for the driver and when the driver showed up, he was yelling and lecturing the guests about not answering his calls and the delay. Regardless if the delay was from the flight or guests, it was within the 60min waiting time and no service staff should be yelling at guest right? We are using him again for the return transfer to the airport on 08Mar and we have already requested a change in driver. Appalling incident and should relook into hiring this driver. What's worse is that the driver did not know where to send the guests to when it is evident on the booking?!

I would say 0 stars. The driver who picked me up wasn’t the driver registered in my app. Completely different person, completely different reg, picked me up at completely different location, made me walk through the rain at some random car park to find him. I requested to have a sign with my name and that not happened. Created a massive anxiety and felt unsafe with this random person who had my details but not registered in my app and not picked me up at assigned location.
