Easy to use app.
App is very easy to use and have found opening accounts straight forward. I especially like the way the history section shows you the estimated monthly interest for fixed rate savings accounts.

I only wanted to open an ISA, but the process was really straightforward. Atom was actually my third choice, after two other online banks, but I gave up on both the others as the application process was too complicated. Atom made it super-easy, and the rate is excellent, too.

Great Simple App
Atom were offering the best rate so decided to try them out. Very easy to set the app up, it was very straightforward with plain instructions and I was able to complete my new account in under 5 minutes.
Like how the app looks and works, nice and clean, not at all clunky.

Rang because I couldn't invest in your 5 year saver.
Rang because I couldn't invest in your 5 year fixed saver because I couldn't get onto the app kept saying something was wrong, unfortunately after ringing your number waiting a long time then being cut off. I rang back and talked to one of your guys he couldn't help and we agreed I would ring back the next day hopefully I will have more luck tomorrow.
