Trusted bank with good rates and easy to use website. I would certainly recommend Atom bank and have been with them a couple of years now. It has all been straightforward and I have just signed up for a fixed 5 years account with some money I don’t require for a while.

I kept getting a screen that indicates that the app had been closed but it obviously hadn’t been closed. I discovered that to close the screen I had to swipe from the bottom of the screen upwards to the top of the screen. The message below allows me tap the message to open. There is no message which explains how to close the app.
I now know how to close an app by swiping upwards. I had to ring your help desk to discover this. Your support staff member told me what to do.
A sentence on the bottom of the screen would have saved me having to ring Atom Bank and save Atom Bank support staff having to answer my question. People who already know how to close the app don’t need help, but people who don’t know would be grateful for a short sentence saying “Swipe up to close the App.” at the bottom of the screen. That would save Atom Bank money.
