I ordered two watches from Atomi Shine
I ordered two watches from Atomi Shine, a diver for me and a ladies watch; the first arrived quickly . . . still waiting on the second (though it was ordered first by about a week). I've received no updates on shipping, so i'll need to contact them now.
As to the diver, I'm pleased with it! very good quality, movement is smooth, bezel action is satisfactory, good bracelet and easily adjusted.
As to other folks' bad experiences, I'm saddened to hear; I'm sure it is very frustrating. For me, though, my experience - so far - has been good. Not great, but good.
I'm not certain just yet whether to recommend, but perhaps that will change based on the response i get to my inquiry.

Worth the Wait
Shipping took about three weeks, but they kept me updated the whole time. When it arrived, it was in perfect condition. No complaints.

A minor flaw but handled well
There was a tiny scratch on the backplate when I first opened it. I reached out and they immediately sent me a new one and covered return shipping. Mistakes happen, but how they handle them is what matters—and they nailed it.

Very poor quality
Watch dial was much lower resolution than on website. Materials are lightweight and very cheap feeling. Tiny screwdriver they provide to resize the bracelet is all but useless. Very dissatisfied with all aspects of this watch.
Update:
It took you a YEAR to respond. Your customer service is worse than your products.
