Where is my refund for 4 craig david tickets nearly 2 months and no sign of refund.

No Refund for a cancelled concert. Atom Presents were due to hold a concert in Worthing on 9th September 2023. I purchased tickets through one of their agents Dice.fm (see reviews on them). The concert was cancelled which happens. The problem is I, and many others are still awaiting refunds. Dice have basically washed there hands of the whole thing and passed the buck to the event organiser (Atom). So Atom said we should get our refunds on or before the 30th November which in itself is a disgrace to make people wait this long for their money. Well today is the 30th and yes, you guessed it, no refund. I'm sure they will send out yet another apologetic email saying "we are working on it" but I won't believe a word they say. I'm now taking steps to get my money back and I would urge all those others waiting for a refund to do the same. So if your thinking of buying tickets to one of their events, be warned, if it doesn't go ahead you may be waiting a long time to get your money back.

30th October update, I have just received an email explaining they are experiencing technical difficulties so I should get my money tomorrow!! What did I say about the apologetic email!!
