Had an issue with the directions once…

Had an issue with the directions once through the barrier, the instructions should say keep right and enter car park 5. So I missed it and went round again which caused drama as I couldn’t get back in. But the way all the staff dealt with me getting in were great and the help I got to get out on my return they were excellent and no stress, worth every penny.

It's not cheap but definitely more…

It's not cheap but definitely more convenient than parking off site . Buses are every 15 minutes and rarely full . The only downside being that finding spaces can be difficult at the best of times as the car parks are generally close to full at most times . I'd always factor in extra time for finding a space and getting back to the bus stop ..

The whole experience was fantastic

The whole experience was fantastic. Everything worked seemlessly. The Staff where you drop your car keys off and pick them up, were very friendly indeed, with great information for us. The parking area was very well sign posted. I will definitely utilise this facility the next time I fly from Gatwick.

Confusing signage at Long Stay Car Park.

Mostly, the experience was OK. I pre-booked my parking. When I arrived at the entry gate the ANPR system recognised my car. Once through the gate there was an illuminated sign with an arrow saying "Customer Parking". This distracts from the sign that says 'Long Stay Car Park' and myself and other drove past and turned right into the Staff Car Park. Very confusing!!!

Gatwick North

Gatwick North. Easy to book and find a parking bay. Bus is good, even at 4am. Bus drivers to and from terminal where helpful and gave bus stops numbers. Always use this my go to for parking. As I know it works well.

Convenient for parking, easy transfer

The booking process for parking on-airport at London Gatwick is very easy. You do just need to check if it's the Long Term car park or Holiday Parking. We slipped up once, so always double-check. Bus transfers are regular and only a few minutes from the terminal. It's not always the cheapest, but is the most convenient.

The Tui blue Scheherazade was one of…

The Tui blue Scheherazade was one of the best hotels my husband & I have ever stayed in. As ex cabin crew I’ve travelled the world. This hotel is in my top three.
We stayed between 20/05/26/ 30/05/26 for ten days.

No refunds for parking not used if a flight is cancelled on the day the booking starts

Difficult to find a parking space on arrival was bad enough. However, when our flight was cancelled and we found ourselves only using 1 of our 14 days parking (I expect they sold the other 13 days to someone else) they won't refund the unused parking charge. In order to get a refund, changes need to be advised 24 hours in advance. If my crystal ball had been working, I would have advised them of my cancelled flight in advance of it being cancelled.
