Please Dont buy anything from them....They are a big Fraud. They charge you money and than send defected and different stuff to what you have ordered.
They dont refund you and than the Paypal also doesnt help you.
Suffered a loss from their hands.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! They are scammers! False advertising! And only give u ou Partial refund. I orders two things but only got refunded for one item! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I ordered an adjustable laptop desk to work from my bed. They sent me a cheap tabletop tablet stand. Completely useless for the application I ordered the item for. When I told them they sent the wrong item they told me they return 20% of the purchase price and I can keep it. I told them to refund me 100%. I even quoted their refund policy to them which states if items are less than $70 they will refund the money and you don't have to return the item. They still said 20% or I can ship he item back to China (they won't pay the shipping, of course). This ecommerce company is the worst!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered the pressure washer that was advertised with the battery and so pot that took three months to arrive and when it arrived it was not what I had ordered it was not what was in the picture. When I emailed this company was told that I could get a full refund by returning the item to China or 50% of the refund to keep the item . His company is a scam out of China do not order anything from them. poor customer service and False advertisement of items. This company should be Brought up on charges for false advertisement to the consumer.

1st went missing
2nd delivered but when queried with Royal Mail not to my address.
3rd delivery missing.
Do not respond to emails and request for refund. Completely ignore you

Ordered a so called battery pressure washer paid via paypal item got delivered to Lithuania then back to china emailed them they said itll arrive soon ended up getting refund via paypal, they tried to use scare tactics saying dont go through paypal for refund but paypal paid out. Two weeks later hose pipe adapter came through post complete different object to what i purchased

Same as many before, seen a advert on facebook (save 80%) for the next hour on a battery power pressure washers. Paid paypal great well chufffed, Its on the way tracking number everything. Didnt arrive 6 weeks emailed, its on the way. 8 weeks didnt arrive, email its very late but sorry its on the way. Arrived 10 weeks not the item ordered just a hose pipe conector.

Same as many before. Item pictured was not the item sent. Thought I was ordering an aluminum lap top desk got a cheap knock off. Emailed for a refund, tried to negotiate with me... and so on. A complete scam of a company. Avoid at all costs. For the others who have reported here and any future folks who fall prey to their predatory scams, econsumer [dot] gov is a good place to report what happened. It may help. The BBB forwarded me to them because they are a foreign company.

It is completely scam. When I ordered it was seems good, but later date when i search on online, many bad review. i thought it's OK. lets see what gonna happen but after one month I got one hose pipe which is cost you in the UK on £0.50 pence. However I ordered £22.00 car washer. Thanks to PayPal who save me from those scammer. avoid them please, if you want to save your money.

Absolutely 100% scam site, saw a battery operated power washer for stupid price, yes, stupid here ordered one, took ages to arrive, it was a plug in nozzle!!!! Surprisingly they replied to my where is it emails, but not to my w.t.f have I just received email!!!

SCAM SCAM SCAM, sold me a pressure washer, never arrived, gave a tracking reference that when researching further is clearly a fake as has been going around since January 2020 for all orders sent to the UK, has taken 3 months to get a refund and countless emails. Avoid at all costs

Big imposters! Ordered the same laptop desk that others talked about, after 2 months arrived a crappy foldable piece of metal! Someone has to stop these scam! DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM ATOX STORE! After the claim, they propose a 50% refund. I'm not sure I'm going to receive any!
