I ordered three sets of French doors and two windows last October. Parts were missing from the delivery and incorrect parts sent by mistake in white instead of anthracite. The trickle vents did not fit and I was repeatedly sent the same size vents as replacements (told - we only have one size - implying that I am at fault). Finally, five months later, I have been told that "some doors and windows were sent out with smaller slots and the vents need to be adjusted and screwed in instead of clipped. FIVE MONTHS!!! Vibrant Doors were hard to get hold of and repeatedly told me that they had referred all these problems to their supplier. The supplier, ATT Fabrications, refused to speak with me because "I was not their client".
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

Ordered French doors through its sister company, Vibrant Doors. The double-glazed units made by ATT were supplied to the wrong size. Although it has admitted its mistake, ATT seems in no hurry to put things right and claims it will take 10 days to re-make and supply the replacement units.

Clearly current orders are more important than correcting its mistakes.

Had window and cill delivered to find damage to cill once unpacked. ATT refused any compensation stating the delivery was more than 48 hours previously and there was no way of knowing when the damage occurred. As if you going to unpack materials before your builder carries out works! They use the small print to avoid compensating their disappointed customers!

I’ve bought from ATT and have been very pleased with the quality of the doors and windows I’ve ordered. One of the order was bespoke and I found the sales team extremely helpful throufh that process. Would definitely recommend.

We have been working with Michael and Theo who are always very polite and friendly and deal with any quotes in efficient manner, their customer service is great. It is a pleasure working with them and we would highly recommend them.

Set of rolling patio doors and double doors fitted. Quality materials and a great look. Secure and well engineered. Sets off the kitchen area and brings the outdoors in. Great product well fitted

Ive had many windows and doors from att recently.i cant praise the staff enough.quality is great and a fast turn around if thats what your after.keep it up and we will do plenty buisness in the future

ATT were fantastic from start to finish. I bought bi fold doors, 2 windows and roof lantern - the quote drawings were of a much higher standard than competitors and the price better too. Once we started to fit we had a couple of issues with window handles and size of glass but ATT were very helpful and acted quickly to resolve the problem. Aftersales also very good, constantly checking we were happy with the products and service. Would highly recommend.

Just fitted one of the 2 doors and 1 window we ordered on-line in blind faith (as we live the other end of the country) the quality and fit is brilliant. I have renovated a few homes and have to say the quality, price and service is up there.
Definitely would order again.

Very pleased with my aluminium French doors. They underpromised on delivery date and over delivered. i.e got the doors delivered 10 days earlier than promised. The best price I could find on the internet. Excellent quality too. Only niggle was that they weren’t able to provide the doorframe trim which I had to hunt around to get, otherwise I would have given 5stars!!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

The Managing Director of ATTfabrications (Andrew Devlin), which supplies external French Doors, has said he "will not get into a discussion about the design" of the doors he has supplied!! Ridiculous! I'm asking why he, himself has said they are "not fully tested" and of a "lower weather rating". With extremely flimsy brushes at the bottom of the door they will clearly let the rain in! So, Andrew, I think you really should discuss the design with me! All other French Door suppliers I have spoken to say these brushes are only suitable for INTERNAL doors. Obviously I want weatherproof French Doors - if you do I suggest you look elsewhere because after months of trying to get some satisfactory after sales help from ATTfabrications I am still having to struggle to get any customer support or adequate response and I still have doors which are clearly not fit for purpose!
