0 stars if I could give that. I ordered back in June. Didn’t receive my order after 15 working days. I then messaged them, saying I haven’t received my order. They told my that if would take 15 working day, which already has passed. I messaged them again saying I still haven’t received my order. They haven’t replied.

it’s been over a month and i still haven’t received my order. my advice is don’t order anything here. i’ve send multiple emails and they choose not to respond. i never got my order. and when i asked to het my money back they didn’t answer. very very bad service!

The quality of the products are very bad. The earrings I bought broke off after wearing it 3 times. I wrote an e-mail to the company and I never got an answer. Also the delivery took very long. I’m very disappointed in this company.

Never got the product. Wrote an e-mail to costumer service and never got an answer. PayPal gave me a refund. I'm really disappointed because of the bad service.

Delivery took a long time around 1.5 months and had no communication but the necklace is beautiful and would definetly order again

I ordered a necklace to Ireland on the 28th May. After not receiving it, I sent two emails and posted under one of their posts on Instagram. I finally received my order on Friday. They have listed on their site that delivery takes 2-5 working days to Ireland.

They still never responded to my email and have since deleted my comment on their Instagram. They had no way of linking my Instagram account to the email I used to order so the fact that they obviously delete comments and don’t respond is so unprofessional.

Also, the postage address on the package I received has a Chinese company name on it so to say they are solely based in Amsterdam is a complete lie.

*update from their response: I have received no reply from them and they have been regularly updating their social media account so doesn’t really seem like they have lost access..

If I could give zero stars I would!

Ordered a customised necklace with my name, got a necklace saying ‘Cancer’ instead - offered a replacement.. a month down the line and no closer to receiving my order nor are my emails now being replied to.

Awful, awful experience!

Delivery was fast. The packing was very nice. And the products look exactly like on the website. I wear mine everyday and take it off maybe once a month and it hasn’t changed at all.

Great service. No problem with delivery. The products are high quality, non-tarnish.

Unfortunately the delivery terms are not as mentioned. Turns out, they order in China. Package was poorly in plastic with the term ‘ fashion jewelry’ and found the earrings on Ali for € 1,20. Good marketing, saying the items are ‘ custom made’ so that you can not return them and then order from China. Hope you earn a lot of money this way.

The customer service was exceptionally great! I loved how helpful they were in helping me order, to tracking my order when there were technical difficulties. Even with the time difference between Netherlands and Papua New Guinea, they were prompt and super helpful.

Their products are absolutely beautiful and go well with every outfit I wear. I've had people come up to me to compliment my snake cuffs.

I ordered three rings and am so happy with them. I ordered all of them in gold and the colour is exactly like in the pictures (not a gold that's nearly yellow that you usually get for this price). So far, they've not tarnished at all, even though I wear them while washing my hands and using sanitizer. The size guide was really helpful.
Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and will be ordering more.
