My product has not been delivered
My product has not been delivered. After the failed first attempt it was promptly re-sent (hence 2 stars) but again this delivery has failed to arrive. It claims the parcels have been delivered... but to a city an hour away from where I live!

Dear Kirstine, we’re truly sorry to hear that you never received the merchandise you ordered. According to the shipping information, both shipments were marked as delivered on time. However, we completely understand your frustration, especially since the replacement parcel was also delivered to a city about an hour away from your location.
Regarding the delivery issue with the replacement parcel, this is very rare but can occasionally happen due to various uncertain factors during the shipping process. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment this has caused you. We will report this situation to the relevant department and work with our shipping partners to identify what went wrong and do our best to reduce the occurrence of similar issues in the future.
Lastly, we have sent you an email so we can discuss this further with you and see what resolution we can come up with. Please check your email at your convenience. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and we hope to hear from you soon!

Very happy with my swimsuit
Very happy with my swimsuit. Ordered the medium fits perfectly, usual size 12. Fabric not as nice as I thought it would be. I’m quite long in the body so it was nice to find a swimsuit with adjustable straps.

Not up to scratch this time
What you see vs what you get are different. Bikini bottoms do not offer good cheek coverage like the picture indicates.
The tops are not large enough for the size picked.
A little disappointing

Dear Michael, we’re sorry to hear that the bikini did not meet your expectations this time.
We understand your concerns regarding the difference between the product photos and the actual fit. Bikini bottoms can provide different levels of coverage depending on the design, body shape, and how they are worn, and we’re sorry if the coverage was not what you expected from the pictures. We also understand your disappointment with the fit of the top and that the selected size did not provide enough coverage or comfort for you.
We truly value your feedback and appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. We would like the opportunity to look into this with you and find a suitable solution.
Lastly, we have sent you an email so we can discuss this further with you and see what resolution we can come up with. Please check it at your convenience. We hope to hear from you soon!

Reliable and easy returns
The service is reliable and returns are easy with options of full refund or keep the item and receive additional credit. Only issue is my item looked blue and crisp white in the picture, but was in fact blue and cream when received. Quality is good

The tankini was good but not the one piece
The tankini swimsuit was nice fit and color while the other one piece was so dull in color on me. The knit set also looked more beige than white and didn’t look flowy on me. Had to return the knit set and the one pice .
