Easy and intuitive site, plus pricing is very competitive.

Element14 staff are always courteous, and there is good email communication in regard to orders.

Most parts are delivered within a good time frame however there has been an ongoing delay issue with one of our regular parts (2064866)

Element14 have always been my 1st choice when purchasing components. The local range is brilliant and even if not stocked locally, there is very little wait for overseas delivery. The courier Element14 uses has let them down at times but 99% of the time the delivery is next day

I have been using Element14 for many years, never had a major problems with my orders especially if you need to get some components quite quickly for urgent matters. Highly recommended supplier of electronic components. However recently more farnell stock looks like coming from overseas, so you need to pay attention for availability, otherwise you will have to wait up to seven days.

Very easy to deal with with most orders shipping the same day. Product range is quite extensive and usually in local stock. Highly recommended!

Over the last 9 months or so most orders have come in incomplete ie items on back-order. Also the 'next-day' delivery has extended in to a 2-day delivery on many occasions. So in this regard the service has slipped a lot in recent times.
Also, I find the website increasingly frustrating as more and more items appear in the list that are discontinued - why must they appear in the 'normal' list be default?
I will continue to use element14 because they have a good range of products and pricing is keen, but from a service point of view - disappointing now

Have dealt with element14 on and off for the last couple of years. Never had a problem. Service is professional and prompt. Some parts have had to come from overseas. Don't have an issue with that as always was told what sort of timeframe to expect.

Element14 is always the first choice for sourcing components for our various projects. They are friendly, have a great range, reliable and offer fast delivery. Whenever we order we know that the items will arrive the next morning so we can get on with our job.

We have been dealing with Element 14 for many years and have had mostly Great experiences.
When ever there has been an issue we have called Customer Service and the problem has been solved. Overall we are very happy with the performance of the company and will continue to support them wherever possible.

If some items are not available they have sent what is in stock and would send out other items when they become available. I have needed to chase a ETA but was given the information quickly. Phone support is good even at busy times.

We use a number of suppliers such as RS Components, Digikey and Mouser just to name a few, dealing with E14 is generally an easy experience, we certainly don't regret our arrangement and are now an essential partner in our business.

We have been using Element 14 for just over 8 years now for a majority of our components. Our account manager has worked with us every step of the way to ensure that we are receiving the best possible pricing and lead times available as well as helping with new component sourcing where possible!

Somehow whenever I order from Element 14 my order gets screwed up. One particular time my order was missing 8 potentiometers and after contacting customer service I heard nothing for a week. Called again and the previous person hadn't actioned anything. Two more weeks pass and still nothing. Called up again and finally someone managed to get the pots sent to me.

Similar thing happened when I was sent a 250g roll of 1.2mm solder instead of a 500g roll of 0.7mm solder. If it weren't for the range and pricing, I doubt I'd purchase from them again.
