With such quick delivery times, I don't have to keep much in stock any more. Since I use E14 as my store room, it would be good to be able to search for what is available for overnight delivery, rather than just 'in stock' which could be 6 working days away.

Always my first choice, and I'm always happy with the service. Even when the parts are not available to ship I get an estimate, which is usually very accurate, as to when I can expect to receive them. The parts are always first quality and I always receive exactly what I have ordered.

They have a great value range. Also living in rural Queensland there are no local shops that stock what I need. Delivery is very quick.

Most items in stock and shipped overnight without issue, or worst case it comes from overseas within 5-7 days. Time frames are always correct.
Pricing is still generally better at their competitor, plus they have free shipping with no minimum order, although element 14 pricing is getting better

Does have a minimum order value for free delivery. Some other places have completely free delivery.

My products were delayed for 2 months over the 2016 -2017 end of year.
I had to call to chase the delivery problems. There was no indicator for time delay on the website which would of allowed me to be patient and wait. The website indicated that one element was out of stock but not how long it would take to rectify.

The lady who I spoke to was pleasant and helpful but there was a delay as mentioned in getting the product.

I ordered another "Pi" previously to this order.
It was super fast so I had something to work on and not bothered so much, If it was my first experience I would of been more annoyed.

Helpful staff, good product range and delivery of goods from the local store was prompt.

I have ordered several times from Element14 and found them to be very prompt in keeping you informed regarding delivery. The delivery was also very quick. Next day delivery basically.

Element14 provide no fuss ordering and fast delivery times. I recommend element14 to anyone. Products are packaged well and we have never had a problem.

Received half order. Had been back ordered. Why not wait and send all at once or ask if this would be best. Saves 2 trips to the pickup point for the package.

Good range of products and stock levels

I order parts every week for our workshop. Great company to deal with. Highly recommended.

In the past I had used element14 because of their prompt delivery, however I have ended up canceling my last 2 orders with Element 14. In both cases, the products I ordered were listed as available for next day delivery. In the first case, I received confirmation that the product would be delivered next day. When I called 2 days later I was told that the product had been shipped and should arrive that day. Another 2 days later I phoned again and was told that the item had not been shipped but would be shipped from UK to Australia and would arrive in 2 to 3 weeks. The next order I placed I received confirmation of shipment and next day delivery and the 2 days later my order changed to "on Back order" and I was told that it would be about 1 month before product came in stock again. VERY POOR.
I have since found another supplier who is more reliable.

I have had nothing but great dealings with the Element 14 team.
Being in Aviation at Darwin we find it hard to get parts here in a timely m anner, The Team at Element 14 always go out of their way to help source parts and ship them ASAP.
